Having Macy as the day of coordinator for our wedding was the best decision we made - our wedding day was 100% stress free! We had no idea about what needed to be considered when having a wedding, but Macy had all the questions ready and helped us think through every detail. Macy is so kind, thoughtful, organized, communicative, and took away all of our stress leading up to the wedding day by being so organized and prepared! She coordinated with the different vendors to ensure a timeline was created and distributed for when each would arrive. I didn’t have to worry about a thing except for confirming details for her. She made sure the wedding party and our parents were at the right spots at the right time throughout the evening and helped keep guests contained during cocktail hour so we could step away with the photographer for photos. She even assisted with clean up and helped pack dessert for us to take and enjoy later! Macy is by far irreplaceable in our eyes, we cannot recommend her enough! She will do everything it takes to make sure you have the best day and she was instrumental for ours. Thank you so much, Macy!!

Lindsay with Mostest was AMAZING! She helped us tremendously when the event planner for the Charleston Princess quit just a few weeks before my daughter’s wedding. There were many obstacles to navigate including not being able to board the vessel to set up and decorate until 2 hours before guests would begin boarding. Lindsay single handedly transported a car load of personalized details, decorations, party favors, bar items, extra linens, numerous picture frames and a huge Charleston Harbor nautical chart that served as the guest book. She had to take several trips from her car down a very long pier to get to the boat and set it all up in such a short time span. She managed it all beautifully! The timeline she created was amazing and we were actually a bit ahead of schedule prior to the ceremony. This gave us all some time to relax while sweet Lindsay was preparing for all of our guests to arrive. After the reception, Lindsay stayed on board and began packing up all of our special items carefully. We returned to the vessel after sending the bride and groom off, to find that she had managed to pack most of our items without our help. I can’t say enough about all that she did for us, especially with all of the hiccups and stresses we faced the last few weeks. She handled everything with such grace and poise! This MOB was quite stressed with the adversity we were facing that was out of our control and Lindsay smoothed everything out!! I can’t say enough about her!! Words can't describe how thankful I am to have had Jess and Jackie on my wedding day!!! Our day wouldn't have nearly gone as smoothly without them. They truly embraced the day and put all their energy into knowing inside and out our timeline, every detail, our vendors and our bridal party. With a big bridal party and family, they ensured our most important people were where they needed to be and that we got all the photo shots that I had specified on my extensive list. My husband and I used Wanderlust Events LI - Day of Coordination services for our wedding September 7th, 2024. After spending a year planning every detail on my own, I was ready to enjoy the wedding day without the stress of having to manage last minute hiccups or details on the big day. Having Arianna’s services at our wedding was the BEST decision ever! Ariana was an angel! Prior to the wedding Arianna was responsive and informative as to what services she would provide. She spent over an hour on the phone going through the wedding timeline and then writing it up to share with us and all of our wedding vendors. This helped keep all the details transparent and all the vendors in the know. I found this to be especially helpful as well to share with my wedding party so they knew when and where they needed to be during the day. On wedding day, Arianna was at the venue when I arrived. She had ample knowledge of the venue and was familiar with the staff which helped support seamless transitions throughout the day and communication of all details. Arianna additionally took on an unexpected role of taking care of my son (12 years old) almost all day for any of his needs, from when his dress shoes were blistering his feet, to when he was served the wrong dinner and she made sure to get him the meal he wanted. When our saxophonist was an hour late, we didn’t have to worry about a thing. Arianna spoke with the vendor on her own and negotiated getting some money back from what we paid. This was done without me even knowing, which saved so much worry and stress during such a busy chaotic day. Each time I turned around Ariana was there with a drink in hand waiting for us and to ask us if there was anything we needed. She took pictures and videos throughout the day that she shared with me following the event. She created beautiful social media content which was a huge bonus! Ariana’s knowledge of weddings is unmatched, and I am so thankful that we had her with us on such an important and meaningful day of our lives. My husband (who initially didn’t think we needed any kind of day of services and didn’t quite understand what is was for) was in awe of all her hard work and how helpful she was to us the whole day! Overall amazing experience using Wanderlust Events LI and I would absolutely recommend her services for your Day of Coordination!

Go ahead and do yourself a favor and hire Lacy with The Party New York. Lacy was absolutely phenomenal to work with. I had a very specific vision and when I walked into our wedding it literally felt like my dreams had sprung to life. We had some high stress moments with different vendors throwing us curveballs and Lacy navigated them effortlessly, always making sure that everyone ended up happy. Literally the Wednesday before my wedding she had to find me a new photographer, and they ended up being amazing. Her cool, low-stress demeanor, incredible creativity, and warm personality made planning my wedding a breeze. Pro-Tip: Direct your in-laws to use Lacy for the Rehearsal Dinner too!! I was genuinely sad when my wedding was over because it meant my time with Lacy had ended.

I’m not even sure where to begin to describe how amazing Events by McKenna is at what they do!! McKenna is the most kind, helpful, and enthusiastic person to assist you during such an important time in your life. She made sure everything went perfectly on our wedding day and every day leading up to it! When we first started our wedding planning journey, we only knew where we wanted to have it, and due to the venue location not regularly being used for weddings, we needed to outsource vendors for everything. That's where McKenna came in and helped us out by hand-picking every vendor that she knew would provide the exact things we were looking for. From catering, florals, furniture rentals, DJ, and all the little details, she knew who would be perfect for the job and she was right about every single one! Every time we had a question or a crazy idea, she had an answer right away and she would do everything she could to make it happen. One thing that we were really hoping for was getting a disco ball above our dance floor, but since we were outdoors, it wasn’t looking promising. From our very first planning call straight through the wedding weekend, Deliece and Melissa helped to keep everything organized and on track, making sure we never missed a deadline or forgot any detail -- from rentals to our floor plan to hotel blocks, and all the other million things that go into a wedding day. I also don't know how we would have survived our wedding day without them. Their team handled every aspect of the day and if anything went wrong, I certainly didn't know about it, which is exactly the kind of peace of mind you want your planner to offer. When we say Taylor EXCEEDED our expectations, we truly mean that. From start to finish Taylor was such a calming and supportive presence in our lives. During the planning portion of our event, Taylor communicated with all of our vendors and made sure we were always on the same page. She was organized and had all of our contracts, seating charts, floor plans etc all in one google doc making it extremely easy to follow and stay on track. She was always responsive and answered every single question we could possibly have. As the wedding got closer, we had weekly calls to make sure we tied up any loose ends and that all the vendors were on the same page. The wedding day was beyond perfect. Taylor looked like a boss woman the whole time with her clipboard and made sure that she was keeping everyone in line and on track of time. There were a few times when things didn’t go as planned like having to move the ceremony inside due to rain and changing the floorpan last minute but she handled that with STRIDE. She made all the executive decisions and explained them to us calmly. We trusted that no matter what, she would make the best decision for us in the end and she 100% did! Everything ended up working out better than planned and we will be talking about this day for years to come. At the end of the event, Taylor helped all the vendors pack everything up and out of the venue and made sure that nothing was left behind. We could not recommend her enough as your wedding planner. She is strong, resilient and intelligent. She is organized, reliable and knows exactly what she is doing! You can really see how much she loves what she does and how she strives to be the best she can be every step of the way. Shout out to her assistant Joy for everything she had her hands on, including being so delicate and gentle while steaming my heavy wedding dress and taking some incredible behind the scenes shots of our day and for just being another amazing person to rely on. We couldn’t have asked for a better team!!!!

We booked Teyanna in 2022 for our August 2024 wedding and did not regret it one bit. It was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Annie from Before You Say I Do was an exceptional day-of-coordinator for our special day. Her communication style was frequent, clear, thoughtful, timely, and she was quick to respond to all of our questions and needs. The quality of her work and the value she provided was excellent-- she is hard-working and was incredibly considerate throughout the entire process. She went above and beyond, offering to bring additional decorations and even showing up the day before to assist with our traditional Vietnamese Tea Ceremony, which was not even on the same day as our official wedding. WOW! I can not say enough on how appreciative I am of Bari and Antonia. A month before my wedding I realized I desperately needed Day of Coordinators. Bari and Antonia were so responsive and assuring. They took on my wedding with such grace. No request of mine was too much. They travelled all the way to Jersey City from Philly and were so accomodating. They spent time with all our vendors on the day of the wedding, helping set up with the florist and some of my DIY decor. They made sure my ceremony procession ran smoothly. They made sure all the little details were taken care of. The night of my wedding, the only thought I had was to have a good time, and thats because Bari and Antonia did the rest. I was truly in awe of how my event turned out. Donna of DBC Eventz INC. did an amazing job bringing the vision to life. Donna went above and beyond finding intricate items that went with the theme and thought outside the box with the decorations. The entire space was decorated beautifully from top to bottom. Donna understood the assignment and took it to the next level. Donna included me and kept me up to date on where she was with the status of my party. Donna even assisted me with finding the right person to make a cake, DJ the event and take pictures and videos at the event. I was able to have an entrance area, seat all my guest comfortably, have a dance floor, a bar and a separate food area. I will definitely be using DBC Eventz Inc. for my future events.
