Connie & Justine were so incredibly helpful. In the beginning, I was crazy enough to think I may not need a DOC until I had my first phone call with Connie. You think you have everything together but they TRULY do. They do not miss a detail. From the beginning, they schedule your meetings together and give you an outline of what to work on and guide you on the goal timeframe to have certain things done. They give great recommendations when you feel lost or overwhelmed. We had a rehearsal the day before our wedding to set up decor and do a mock ceremony. They were there before us, already setting up decor and getting everything organized. They did great directing everyone & keeping the focus of a large wedding party. I also can’t say how amazing it is that they have decor you can rent for booking with them. That is UNHEARD of with all of the coordinators I looked at. Even the night before the wedding they were able to get last minute details that I had forgotten. The day of, Justine did amazing. She made sure to let you enjoy your day but also check in to make sure everything was running smoothly. I truly did not have a single thing go wrong the day of the wedding. And if something did, I’m sure Justine took care of it without me ever knowing. I also have to say that Connie worked closely with me even while her husband was battling a severe illness in the hospital. That type of dedication is truly admirable and there is no question that I could have had such a great day without them. Thank you ladies!! P.S. Cora and Morgan did a phenomenal job of organizing our wedding and keeping the day itself on track. In the month leading up to the wedding, Cora asked key questions about the ceremony and reception that we wouldn't have even thought of on our own. Whenever little hiccups or problems arose on the big day, they were quick to fix the issue and didn't bring it to our attention (I only know this because we were taking photos and I overheard Cora actively solving an issue with guest meals). The prepared timeline was very helpful, and they did an amazing job of not only keeping events on-time, but also interfacing in a polite and professional manner with all of our vendors to make sure everyone was on the same page. We hired Pam as our officiant, but then later realized we needed her coordinating services as well. Pam, her husband, and assistant were the dream team to work with! I lost my mom just before the wedding, and Pam completely stepped into her planning and organizational role. She kept the wedding train moving. And in the end, all I had to do was show up to my own wedding because I knew Pam and her team were handling everything behind the scenes.

She is beyond wise for her years and knows everything a bride could ask in hand already. Even with me being in the industry Brooklyn would ask me questions leading up to the big day I didn't even know I had, she made sure I knew when and how to get my marriage license and took care of sending it back to the clerk for us. She handled getting the rings to the correct bridal party members and made sure to grab our vow books before the ceremony so we didn't have to remember them. I literally didn't have to handle a single thing on my wedding day because she was there to handle it all. She made all the difference plus she continued to come and check in in me to see how I was doing throughout the getting ready process and has the calmest nature helping me to feel ready before I walked down the aisle. not only did she handle coordination and officiating the wedding she sprinkled in some extra magic by taking some gorgeous photos throughout the day and sent them to me the morning after the wedding so I would have a little something until my professional photos arrived! I am so utterly grateful to Brooklyn for making the best day of my life utterly perfect. She not only made the day run smoothly, but set up all of my favors, stationery and even the bud vases she made exactly how I pictured it! Being new to planning a wedding, we had no idea what we were signing up for. Quickly into the planning process, we realized we needed help to pull off our special day. The process of finding a day-of coordinator felt overwhelming—until we found MK Events. Their sign-up process was a breeze, with a low initial booking fee that was incredibly helpful as we budgeted for our big day. The clarity with which they outlined their duties gave us the confidence we needed to know we were in capable hands. I truly cannot think of a single critique. Without Melissa and Kourtney, I would have felt completely overwhelmed. They held everything together with such grace, a fun spirit, and a calm demeanor that was not only infectious but grounding and very much needed on a day filled with heightened emotions. And the fact that they loaded everything back into the U-Haul at the end of the night was really an incredible help! Every part of the experience with Melissa and Kourtney was exceptional. Their calm and positive energy was exactly what we needed to counterbalance the inevitable stress of the day. We were even treated to a lovely surprise when they sent us some candid background photos they had taken and a lovely bouquet of our table flowers for both me and my fiancée, as well as our parents. Their willingness to step in and handle any task, from filling vases with stones and sand to troubleshooting last-minute issues, was beyond what we ever expected. These women are true superstars. We initially booked MK for day-of coordination because we didn’t realize how much would fall on us. We found ourselves becoming increasingly overwhelmed with all the tasks—decorating, moving decor, coordinating vendors and family photographers, and so much more. From the very beginning, she was attentive and organized, guiding us through every step of the planning process. Before the Week: Elysia was incredibly helpful during the planning stage, which I hadn’t necessarily expected since it was primarily coordinating services rather than full planning. Thank goodness for that! She offered invaluable advice and suggestions that made logistics so much easier. She coordinated with vendors, handled logistics, and took care of so many other details. Before the Ceremony: On the day of the wedding, Elysia was calm and composed. She managed the timeline expertly (which is saying a lot since I must have been a bit frantic with everything I crammed in), ensured everything was in place, and resolved some last-minute issues. During the Ceremony: She made sure everything went off without a hitch! The energy during the ceremony was so much fun because she took care of anything that could have made it challenging. During the Reception: Now THIS is where Elysia was the real MVP. There were some significant timing, logistics, and vendor obstacles, and Elysia handled ALL of them. Her attention to detail made our day, and everyone else's, just incredible. She kept everything running smoothly, managed the timeline, and addressed any concerns we had without us even noticing.
