The Farm at 95 offically opened it's doors in October of 2013 and to this day is one of the two largest venues in Johnston County (oh, our sister location is the other larges venue)! Our space can accommodate anywhere from 80 to 400 guests, with separate rooms for food, dedicated dressing rooms, a well equipped stage and a relaxing patio heaters, fans and a gas fire pit. When you inquire, you will also receive information about our sister location, The Farm at 42, which we opened in March of 2018. This venue is similar to The Farm at 95, but has simple improvements such as larger dressing suites, upgraded finishes and a completely different ceremony setting. We hope that between one of our locations, we are able to work together to plan your pefect day!

The Cornealius Properties offers a luxurious and elegant setting for weddings. The venue features beautifully landscaped gardens, grand interiors, and exceptional service. Perfect for couples seeking a sophisticated and timeless celebration, The Cornealius Properties ensures a memorable experience.

The Farm at 42 offically opened it's doors in March of 2018! Our space can accommodate anywhere from 20 to 400 guests, with separate rooms for food, dedicated dressing rooms, a well equipped stage and a relaxing patio with heaters, fans and a gas fire pit. In addition, we have a smaller space (The Maple Room) that is perfect for those more intimate weddings of 60 guests or less, with "micro wedding" pricing. When you inquire, you will also receive information about our sister location, The Farm at 95, which we opened as our original location in 2013. This venue is similar to The Farm at 95, but has a few different finishes, skylight and a completely different ceremony setting. We hope that between one of our locations, we are able to work together to plan your pefect day!

Located in the heart of downtown Washington, NC, the Washington Civic Center is a sophisticated waterfront wedding venue. This spacious facility features 14,000 square feet of event space that can be used for all your wedding weekend activities. Formerly a train depot, the vaulted ceilings and exposed beams combine to make the space feel rustic and elegant. Hardwood floors offer a refined platform for the newlyweds to have a memorable first dance. The dark tones of wood and exposed brick help to create a warm and cozy experience. The Washington Civic Center has plenty of room for over 200 guests. The venue offers a two-day package for weddings which opens up endless opportunities for a personalized celebration. Make sure to ask about our Something Borrowed room that contains greenery, table décor, signage, and plenty of other decorations that our clients can use at no extra charge.

Located on Main Street in Clayton, NC, Chefella's Event Space is perfect for engagement parties, bridal showers, rehearsal dinners, and more for groups up to 25 people. With a bistro-like feel, this space includes a main event room, bar and lounge area, outdoor bistro tables, and catering room. Each rental includes the use of the entire space, tables, black linens, and chairs with customizable table settings, color schemes, and stress-free catering options available that can easily be built into your rental. An event attendant will be present for the entirety of your event at no extra charge.
