Jesse was always there when I needed her and was fast to help me with any questions or needs I had. Jesse and Julia helped run my special day and they were on top of everything! I didn’t feel pulled in 100 directions trying to get things just the way I wanted it, because they had it locked down. This made it to where I was able to enjoy my night. AND THE DECORATION…. Oh my goodness they KILLED IT! I gave them a canva of how I wanted it to look throughout my venue and they nailed it to the very last detail ! Megan, what can I say! You totally blew us away! With my other daughter’s wedding 20 years ago, we didn’t have a wedding planner and I truly didn’t know all that you did! Wow! Can I say Wow! You went beyond anything that I expected. Because this was a long distance wedding, our video calls that planned the entire event made it easy! You mapped it out, updated it every time we talked and truly made it fun, doable and easy to follow. The day of the wedding, while you are a soft spoken lady, you had power behind your voice that told us exactly what to do with a smile and laugh every time! I LOVE timelines and made 5 copies of the one you made us to give to our photographers, the mom in laws and anyone else who needed a timeline for that day. It was invaluable! The ideas of bubble send off, to the lighted sticks for dancing and bringing them out about halfway through the dancing part of the reception to jumpstart the energy again was spot on! Your experience of what to make it a memorable day, but relaxing was so helpful! The video you sent to us the next day I have shared with so many people, having you take those during the wedding day was so cool because we haven’t gotten our photos yet, but people want to see! If I can figure out how to load the video, I’ll add it to the review! Again, thank you so much for making my Maggie and Hector’s day memorable and fun! I have received over 1,000 images/videos in content, and still have even more coming! What’s crazy is half the time, we didn’t notice Katelyn there, but she still somehow captured every moment! I love that she wasn’t in our faces or constantly bothering us for photos/videos. This way, we were able to enjoy every aspect of our day! Katelyn truly embodied what being “behind the scenes” means! She was also always there when someone did want to ask for a photo, and always obliged, even when my mom was constantly asking her LOL. We got our raw footage back within 48 hours, and most of it after less than 24 hours. We are so grateful for Katelyn capturing all of our special moments!

My most memorable experience with Timeless Event Planning was a 40th birthday photo shoot that Lauren coordinated for a client. Every single person we talked to from Lindsay Mackey, their amazing manger and our first contact to the hotel-block assistant was a joy to work with, communicative and helpful. The workbook, spreadsheets, and connections with other coordinators and vendors made the whole wedding planning process more enjoyable and streamlined. We chose the Day of Coordination and are very grateful to have had Hanh as our wedding coordinator! Hanh is worth her weight in gold! With Day of Coordination we received not only ten hours of custom coordination from the wonderfully efficient and empathic Hanh, we also had the help of her assistant. This was perfect because someone was by my and my husband’s throughout the day. I loved that with SEG we had a whole team of magnifically organized, thorough and compassionate individuals to support us in executing our dream wedding. Once we had submitted our information Lindsay contacted us to go over all of the things included in wedding planning. She created a rough draft of our day of timeline and gave us access to our Wedding Workbook. They have templates for everything you will need for organizing your wedding and making sure you do not miss out on important, but often overlooked details. Two months before our wedding date we were connected with Hanh. From our first meeting throughout the whole time before the wedding and for the duration of our wedding itself Hanh was both our wedding angel and ninja rolled all into one. I had done a lot of the initial setting up vendors, but as soon as she could she took over as my contact person. This meant the vendors had to email/reach out to Hanh and left me feeling like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders. From this point on I started to enjoy wedding planning.I love that she reached out to not only myself, but included my now husband and daughter in on a meeting. If there were any hiccups leading up to the wedding I did not know until they were already handled. On our wedding day, everything went smoothly for my husband and I and our family.Again if there were any mishaps my husband and I were oblivious of them and we had the best wedding ever! I was amazed by Megan Biehl and UnBiehlievable Weddings. Above and beyond wedding planner, so professional and kind. Megan carefully listened to my husband and me. She created a dream wedding/10-year vow renewal for us. Her communication was excellent. Each suggestion she made worked into making our experience full of joy and beauty. When I was nervous she kept me calm and reassured me. Megan is not only a person with great communication skills, but she's an artist in herself what she created from just a few words to this day, gosmacks me. From the vendors she recommended I am so grateful to the location. She is filtered to the absolute best experience for a bride and groom possible in our area. I know this because my daughter got married and my experience for a Vow renewal even surpassed my daughters. Honestly getting a wedding planner is totally worth it and you will never regret using it takes the pressure off. UnBiehlievable Weddings it is a class above. I'm serious about that. My heart was full from just seeing the flowers the venue the experience was sublime. The flowers were gorgeous so fresh and beautiful. The food really delicious. The location a treasure a fairytale that good ,thanks for that suggestion Megan. the DJ Scottish Roy was a gift and the extremely talented, Jacqueline, absolutely beautiful photographs. The photographer and her team were great to work with she suggested to us. I’m so glad Megan gave me that tip, but I know she can do any location and that girl has talent. You will never regret getting her, if our family ever has any big events and weddings we're going to be using UnBiehlievable Weddings. Stop and hire this person I’m serious, you won’t regret it. Abby and Twin Flames Events/Florals is the best kept secret in New Braunfels. As someone with events expertise myself, I needed a planner who could take all my spreadsheets and make sense of the madness so I could simply breathe, decompress the stress, and enjoy my big day. Abby came on as our month-of-wedding coordinator, and she was a PRICELESS asset on my wedding day to say the least. From her infectious personality and fix it attitude, to her down-right creative genius and DIY designs, we were so appreciative of her presence and blessed to have found Twin Flames. She flawlessly executed our version of a Rustic Cinderella theme, and she took every one of our October Wedding dreams and made them come true. To top it all off, when the best man forgot his belt - Abby’s husband (aka her super support) quite literally offered the belt off his own pants. That should tell you everything, and the pictures do absolutely no justice to express just how beautiful this day was. Abby, thank you and we are eternally grateful. P.S. If you’re getting married at The Chapel at Gruene - there’s no better planner to choose considering her the pre-existing relationship (we’ll always be the first though!), knack for nature, freeform florals, thrifted gems, and hyper-close proximity to the venue. Twin Flames also does amazing florals, so a one-stop shop win.
