Luis answered the phone and it felt like I finally had someone looking out for me. I had already spent 4 hours on the phone with the shipping companies and gotten nowhere. Luis said he was on it and not to worry. I ordered enough flowers for 18 centerpieces, 70 bud vases, 8 bouquets, and 1 flower arch. Needless to say, it was quite the ordeal to reroute everything. Over the next 48 hours, Luis kept in constant contact with me about the progress of the shipment. I know I was on the phone for at least 6 hours with this ordeal, and I wouldn't be surprised if he had spent about 15 hours talking to UPS, Fedex, florists, and customs to get me my flowers. He made me feel calm and taken care of. Everyone was coming to me with questions and concerns the entire wedding week, and I can't express how it felt to have someone have my back, and take an extremely big tasks off my plate. I would absolutely recommend this company for DIY brides. And I hope this review is seen by Flower Moxie to highlight an outstanding employee with excellent customer service. We wanted sustainable flowers and they made sure to not use any floral foam and that the flowers went to good homes after the ceremony, in addition to sourcing the flowers locally like we asked. I got so many compliments from guests about how gorgeous the flowers were and how the large the roses were. The day of my wedding the weather was horrid for an outside beach wedding. Raining all afternoon and super high winds. We had an arch covered with flowers Sofya worked on. It got ravaged by the wind and rain while we were waiting to see if the rain passed. She stayed at least 3 hours longer to fix the arch and make sure it was gorgeous again for my 20 min ceremony we slipped in between the rain showers. She went above and beyond to help make sure I got my beautiful ceremony flower arch pictures. I could not thank her enough! Run don't walk to book her for not only the breathtakingly beautiful quality of her work but also her dedication to her clients!”
