“We didn't think we needed wedding coordinators because we weren't planning a big, elaborate wedding. We wanted something small and meaningful—an intimate celebration with about 60 - 70 close family and friends —and figured we could handle most of the planning ourselves. We chose a restaurant, sent out invitations, and thought we had things under control.
But our thinking shifted once we started considering the logistics of the actual day—including seemingly simple things like how to arrange chairs for the ceremony. Friends and family offered to help, but we wanted them to enjoy the event as guests, not worry about the details.
After speaking with Ingrid and Gloria and reviewing their very reasonable proposal, we felt good about bringing them on. Over the next two months, they kept us organized, offered thoughtful and constructive suggestions, and were a steady source of calm and encouragement. They listened earnestly to what we wanted and helped bring it to life in a way that felt both personal and polished.
We also really appreciated their help communicating and coordinating with vendors, including the restaurant, our photographer, and our musician. It took a lot of pressure off our shoulders and gave us peace of mind knowing everything was in good hands.
What we've come to realize is that the best work of wedding coordinators is often invisible to guests—but when it's done well, the event flows effortlessly and feels just right. That's exactly what Ingrid and Gloria made possible for us, and we're so grateful.”
