“My partner and I were married late summer 2024 and we (and our guests) couldn’t stop raving about Ariel and her team. Ariel went above and beyond to make our day run so smoothly. From set up, to greeting and paying vendors, to tear down, we were able to be so present in a day that could have been so stressful because we knew we were in great hands. We debated whether or not we would hire a day of coordinator and Xtraordinary Coordinations turned out to be the most important vendor of our special day! In the lead up to our day, Ariel met with us several times (including a venue walkthrough) and is so personable and charismatic, the meetings that could have been really stressful were actually really fun! I wish I was having another wedding so I could hire Xtraordinary Coordinations again!”

We started planning our wedding on our own as we had a good idea of what we wanted, but working with Lyssa made the planning process easier as I didn't have to take the time to look up recommendations on things like how much to tip vendors, I could just reach out to Lyssa. We hired Lyssa because we didn't want to have to worry about anything the day of the wedding, but I couldn't imagine how much of a difference having her involved would make. She helped with so many little things during the event that I just didn't have to think twice about anything other than enjoying my wedding and spending time with our guests.
