The views, the quaint cabins, the incredible set up all made for a perfect Thanksgiving wedding hybrid weekend but NOTHING compared to the phenomenal staff that made it all happen. From the moment we toured the venue, every additional visit, every pestering email I bugged them with, checking in on us as we needed, and more - the team is the #1 reason we were able to enjoy the views and the venue! It felt just like camp & I’ve never been so grateful for an experience like the one Cabins on Strawberry Hill provided! We will find a reason & a way to book them again even just for a family reunion or event.

Alcantara Vineyards and Winery was the perfect venue for our micro wedding. From the beginning, the communication with Annie, the coordinator, was in-depth, caring, and tailored specifically to us as a couple. Despite the short timeline of just 2 months from our engagement to the wedding, Annie made the entire process stress-free and easy. She was incredibly flexible with any changes we needed to make and helped calm my nerves on the day of. The venue itself has so many beautiful ceremony and reception options, and they were open to us bringing in our own preferred vendors as long as Annie vetted them first. The price, space, and time we got for our micro wedding was truly worth it. We loved this venue and highly recommend it to any couple, whether you're planning a large or small celebration.

Jackie, Magdalena, and the entire team at Sedona Golf Resort were absolutely spectacular. From the moment we signed the contract, their kindness and professionalism were evident. One thing that really stood out was their refreshing approach to pricing; they weren't penny-pinchers like some other venues we considered or heard about from friends. This, along with the fact that Sedona Golf Resort is one of the few places in Sedona that can comfortably accommodate over 125 guests, made our decision easy. Despite being a large venue, it's surprisingly affordable, and they were incredibly flexible with our specific requests, like holding off on shots until after dinner. We hosted our wedding ceremony, reception, and farewell brunch at the Sedona Golf Resort, and the staff exceeded our expectations every step of the way. Jackie was a dream to work with, always responding to emails within a day and keeping me on track with planning. She provided timely updates on the food and beverage details and helped me stay organized with deadlines for appetizers, menu selections, signature drinks, florals, DJ, and more. I initially questioned whether I needed a wedding planner, but Jackie and the team made everything so seamless that I realized they were right—I didn’t need one. Magdalena, our day-of coordinator, was incredible. She managed every detail with precision and made me feel at ease throughout the day. One of the most memorable moments was when she bustled my dress in less than three minutes—a task that took my family more than ten during practice! Her experience and expertise shone through, whether it was fixing small issues like relocating the cake when it seemed unstable, or ensuring that my husband and I could sample all three cake flavors. Every instruction I gave was executed perfectly, and the team even elevated my vision to something more beautiful than I had imagined. For any bride considering Sedona for their wedding, Sedona Golf Resort is a top-notch choice. The venue’s beauty is undeniable, and the photos we took just 10 minutes away at Bell Rock Pathway were breathtaking—exactly what I envisioned for our day. A word of advice: if you're taking photos off-site, bring umbrellas, paper towels, and water, especially if your wedding is in a warm month like ours was in August. The remaining photos we took at the resort were equally stunning. I cannot recommend Sedona Golf Resort enough. Here are a few photos from our event, courtesy of Megan Rae Photography.

We cannot say enough amazing things about Agave of Sedona! From start to finish, every single person we worked with was incredibly professional, kind, courteous, and helpful. Planning a wedding can feel overwhelming, but John is truly exceptional at what he does — he immediately put our minds at ease and made the entire process feel smooth and stress-free. We chose the Signature Elite package, which included a curated list of vendor options, and every single vendor that Agave partners with is top-notch. Their recommendations made all the difference — it felt like we had an entire dream team working to bring our vision to life. Agave is incredibly organized and on top of every detail. Their communication is excellent, and they truly go above and beyond to ensure your day is as perfect as possible. I would recommend Agave to any friend or family member getting married — it was hands down the best decision we could have made. The team at Verde Canyon Railroad was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Their communication was friendly, efficient, and easy, which made planning our special day a breeze. The value they provided was great, with a unique and memorable experience (and amazing photo opportunities). They worked with us to create a customized menu, an adorable welcome sign, and their staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout the event. A special shout out to Ellen who arranged for us to do a “first look” on the train beforehand. Our guests have raved about what a one-of-a-kind wedding we had, and we credit a lot of that to the wonderful team at Verde Canyon Railroad, especially Ellen who was great to work with. We were not a small group —120 people— and they handled us with ease.
