To save, avoid anything that needs to be installed day-of and stick to “wear and carry.” This means the florist simply drops off the arrangements (bouquets, boutineers, centerpieces, etc.) at your venue for you to place yourselves. Something like a ceremony arch, by contrast, requires multiple people to set up and take down on site, often with a service charge of up to 40%. Julia was prompt in communication, and set up our florals, tea lights, wedding cake florals, and table numbers perfectly. Julia is kind and so easy to get along with. I can’t imagine having any other vendor take care of the most important part of our ceremony/reception. She even cleaned up after the reception at Pen Ryn Mansion (11pm!) for a small fee. 10/10!”
