Before the wedding, Crystal helped us think through details we would have never thought to include/coordinate in advance. She also reached out to all of our vendors on our behalf to ensure that they had schedules for the day, all of the information that they needed, and really took all of the logistical coordination off of our plates. Many of our vendors commented on how great it was to work with Crystal, and how we had found an awesome coordinator. On the actual day, our room was set up beautifully, and Crystal managed our timeline perfectly. I am so grateful that she was there with us throughout the day. I really felt like I could let go and enjoy a stress free and fun day because I knew that Crystal was taking care of everything. Great value, great attention to detail, and so helpful! Helped us compose a perfect run of show and checked not a single thing was forgotten. Tiffany was extremely personable and friendly and a joy to work with. Beyond the logistics, the advice on wedding etiquette and what was worth our time to focus on, she was also an island of calm with a strong perspective when details were flying like mad. I truly can’t say enough amazing things about Carissa and her team at Positively Charming Weddings. She was the very first vendor I hired for my wedding, a year and a half in advance. Within the first 2 minutes of chatting with Carissa the first time, I knew we were the perfect match. She is incredibly organized, compassionate, an amazing listener, and isn’t afraid to take the lead and make decisions when necessary. She is thoughtful, calm, has a wealth of wedding industry knowledge and was able to provide personalized suggestions based on my preferences at every turn. To be honest, I was originally super nervous and anxious to hire a wedding planner, as I am a very type A person because of my job as a programs and event planner. But Carissa exceeded all expectations and truly was able to allow me to relax and enjoy my wedding weekend without a worry in the world. She was a problem solver every step of the way. For example, she offered to manually fixed my seating chart the day before the wedding and found a print shop willingly to print very specific last minute signage (both things that were my fault that they were delayed/wrong). She kept not only me, but my husband and both families on track leading up to the wedding, provided monthly checklists, was available via phone and email for my questions, and even provided bridal party itineraries the weekend of. Her and her team were incredibly easy to work with, and our other vendors and bridal party members said the exact same thing. She can work with anyone, with any personality type, and makes you feel important and heard. If you want someone to go above and beyond for you, look no further! Working with Hannah was one of the best parts of our wedding planning experience. We hired her for partial planning, and from the very beginning, she made everything feel so manageable and stress-free. She really took the time to understand our preferences and helped us find the perfect vendors that matched our vision and vibe. Hannah was always organized, responsive, and incredibly helpful. Whether it was hopping on frequent Zoom calls, keeping us on track with timelines, or replying to texts with thoughtful advice (even for the tiniest of questions). Her calm and kind energy made the whole process not only smoother but also more fun. One huge bonus: her team also offers wedding rentals! We rented candles, décor, and a large seating chart from them, which was such a lifesaver. We didn’t want to deal with sourcing all of those items or figuring out what to do with them afterward, so being able to rent directly through her made everything so much easier. Our wedding day went so smoothly, nothing went wrong (or if it did, I had no idea, because Hannah was on top of everything!). I wouldn't change a single thing about it. It was truly perfect, and a big part of that is thanks to her. Now that the wedding is over, I honestly feel sad I won’t get to work with Hannah anymore! We had an amazing experience with Sun & Daughter Events! From start to finish, she was incredibly professional, timely, and friendly. She kept us on track with our schedule and attended all of our meetings, as well as the wedding rehearsal. Not only did she lead the rehearsal seamlessly, but she also executed the procession beautifully. We received countless compliments from friends, family, and even other vendors about how smoothly everything went, all thanks to her expertise. I received a text from my florist stating, “She’s great by the way. There’s a lot of terrible ones. She’s a good one.” Aside from all the bigger tasks she also took care of so many “smaller tasks” (that were actually quite a lot!) and made sure everything was done to perfection. Her creative ideas brought our vision to life in ways we couldn’t have imagined on our own. Her great communication and time management ensured us a stress-free planning. She was prompt, clear, and kept us in the loop on every detail. She communicated with the venue staff throughout the entire process and worked incredibly well with everyone involved, which made everything run seamlessly. She was extremely organized, reaching out to all our other vendors to ensure that all necessary documents for the venue were submitted on time and coordinating set-up times, locations, and details with everyone involved. On our big day, she arrived with so much enthusiasm. From the morning until the very end, she worked her butt off to ensure everything was going well. She made sure everything was set up exactly how we wanted it and if something wasn’t working out (inclement weather) she was a quick problem solver. She also checked in on us regularly to make sure we were doing okay, which was such a thoughtful touch. It was a perfect day, and we owe it all to her! She went above and beyond in ways we didn’t expect. Although it wasn’t part of her job, she took it upon herself to capture some of our special moments during the day and shared those pictures with us afterward. It was a small detail, but one of our favorites, and it really showed her dedication and care for us as clients. By the end of it all, we truly felt like we had gained a friend. It was hard to say goodbye after everything she did to make our day so special. We wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, efficient, professional, and personable wedding planner. You’ll be in great hands!

I have waited 2.5 years to write this review and could not be more thrilled with our decision to work with Vine and Branch! Tatiana was the best investment we made into our big day, not only was she our planner but our planning bff! When we switched our wedding from California to Italy she didn’t even hesitate and jumped right into helping us pick our venue, research vendors and manage the most insane logistics I’ve ever seen! Whenever I was stressed or overwhelmed with a situation she was already working on figuring out a solution with the vendor and was ready with plan B, C and D just in case. Whenever we faced a design dilemma I would text her with the preface of “okay this might sound crazy..,” and crazy enough she was always on the same page. She was also honest with me about changing direction with certain plans if she knew something else would work better. When you live in Pinterest like I do, it was important that I had someone who gave me honest opinions and made sure the design worked together seamlessly! I have heard so many horror stories from friends about their planners not taking their budget seriously but throughout our entire time working with Tatiana she never pushed us to pick a more expensive option or made us feel bad if we had to drop something off of an invoice. She was also upfront with us from day 1 about what it would cost to create our vision. Day of the wedding she was an absolute rock star! I’ve worked in the industry and have been in charge of running events so letting go of control is hard for me but she managed everything without a hitch and I was able to be so present knowing she had everything handled! Seeing the design we have been working on for 2 years was absolutely surreal! Everything was stunning and all of our guests absolutely raved about everything! I have so many good things to say about Celebrations by Brandi aside from being AMAZING! First off, she is an wonderful human being. I knew from the beginning that she was the one! Talking with her was like to talking to a girlfriend. She is genuinely kind, warm, fun, and easy to talk to over the phone. I regretted not hiring her from the beginning because I went with another wedding planner (The W Event Planner) due to budget, which was the biggest mistake ever! I ended up losing my deposit with the other event planner, but it was all worth it when I finally got the planner I really wanted from the beginning. I was very grateful that Brandi was still available for my wedding and that she was kind and understanding enough to take me back after explaining what had happened with the previous wedding planner I hired. After that it was history! Brandi became the person to go to for any and all advice (psychological stuff too!). It was so easy to see her as a friend. Being able to fully trust her with every detail of my wedding just made wedding planning that much more less stressful and made the whole process much more fun and exciting. Throughout the whole process Brandi was always available to help calm nerves and offer effective solutions to all problems, big and small. She was always on hand, day or night, to offer support and guidance. I found the enormity of planning a wedding rather overwhelming at times, while trying to live up to the expectations of myself and others. She took away this worry on so many occasions. Her eye for detail, focus on perfection and wealth of knowledge on all things wedding was invaluable. On the day she was by our side with her assistant Victoria, making sure everything ran smoothly, and we trusted their organization and decision making on our very special day. Together, they did an amazing job! I couldn’t have asked for a better duo on my wedding day so if you are looking for a hugely talented lady, who genuinely cares about your wedding – almost as much as you do – then look no further because Celebrations by Brandi can and will deliver 110%. Choosing Lizzie Noble Events to plan our wedding is the best decision we could have possibly made. My husband and I had no idea where to start or what to do, and Lizzie was amazing! From our very first phone call, Jen was incredibly sweet, professional, and responsive. Throughout the entire planning process, she was always available to answer my questions and offered thoughtful, helpful advice. Her experience with Southern California venues really showed—she was already familiar with my reception venue, which made everything so much easier and less stressful for me. One thoughtful touch that really stood out was that she sent her assistant coordinator to be onsite for our rehearsal day. It was so reassuring to have that support and guidance leading up to the big day. On the wedding day itself, Jen and her team were amazing. They made sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. I could clearly see how much wedding experience she has—she was organized, calm, and completely prepared for anything that came up. Thanks to Jen, my now-husband and I were able to fully enjoy our special day without any stress. I’m so grateful we had her by our side and I would highly recommend JenEvents to any future bride!

I originally had my proposal scheduled for a month out, but due to an emergency, I had to move everything up last minute. She handled it so calmly and professionally. I came across Shelby from a mutual friend after panicking because I thought I could handle all that came from planning a wedding. Even as a type-A, super organized person, my 250 person wedding got away from me quickly. Thankfully Shelby stepped in and helped me right away. She was able to bring my vision to life way better than I could have even imagined. My favorite part was her suggestion of a cigar bar (a thoughtful nod to my Cuban heritage) that added a personal touch I didn't even think of. I'm not sure what part my guests loved more -- the cigar bar or the epic dessert bar (both suggestions under her direction!) I didn't have to stress or panic about anything going wrong on the day of, and of course they did, but Shelby & her team handled all of it flawlessly. I ACTUALLY got to relax and enjoy my day. I know I would not be able to say the same had I not hired Shelby. Honestly, my one regret was being stubborn and thinking I could do everything by myself from the beginning. I wish I would have had her do the full planning & design package as there are definitely some things I would have changed had I been under her direction from the get-go. A million thanks to SK Events!
