We specialize in a very affordable venue rate that includes amenities such as tables, chairs, linens, table settings, glassware, catering serving pieces, outdoor heaters, & sun umbrellas. We have a very generous inventory of decor items that you may use...all included in the venue rental rate. This leaves you with a budget to spend on other important aspects of your special day. We can do an all-inclusive quote for your OR leave the vendor selection up to you! Either way, our staff at the Willow Creek Inn will assist you in making your every dream come true. Also, we can host all sorts of gatherings and parties for your closest family and friends, such as Anniversary, Engagement, Celebration of Life, and Birthdays, simply inquire for those rates outside of full wedding services. The Cabin, a freestanding building in the heart of Uptown, offers three distinct spaces thoughtfully designed with private dining in mind. The Cabin, itself, features exposed beams and a handcrafted stone fireplace while the Atrium boasts ceiling fans and heaters along with adjustable vertical drops. Finally, the Patio resembles a secret garden complete with colorful flowers, a tranquil waterfall, and serene view of the Red Rocks. Perfect for intimate gatherings, The Cabin Sedona charming venue accommodates up to seventy-two seated guests, with forty-eight indoors and twenty-four outdoors. Planning a larger affair? We can host up to 100 guests for a standing reception. We do only host one group per day meaning you have exclusive access to all three spaces for the entirety of your occasion. The venue as a whole is self-contained with a full kitchen, two well-appointed restrooms, and ample parking on site allowing for shuttle drop-off or valet service.
