Stroudsmoor Country Inn was the perfect venue for our wedding at Auradelle. From the very beginning, the team was responsive, timely and accurate in their communication, making the planning process seamless even though we were coming from out of state. Our wedding coordinator Kaylie was incredibly easy to work with remotely and ensured every part of our day was flawless. The grotto and reception space were absolutely beautiful and romantic, and the flower arrangements were stunning - Grayson truly captured our vision perfectly. All the food and bakery items were superb, with no complaints whatsoever. My fiancé and I were looking for a rustic wedding venue, not a ballroom, preferably a venue with space to be outside (weather permitting). We visited a few options in the Philly area and fell in love with the John James Audubon Center! The space offers SO many options for an outdoor or indoor ceremony. They host receptions in the pavilion which is open with huge windows and firepits outside! The site is beautiful, and everyone we’ve worked with has been immensely helpful! After officially booking for our October 2024 wedding, we planned to visit with our parents. What was originally intended to be a quick stroll around the grounds turned into an impromptu tour with the venue manage. She answered all of our parents' questions and even brought out photo books of previous weddings for us to flip through together. With the wedding right around the corner now, we could not be more thrilled with our decision and can't wait to be there next month to celebrate our big day!

We recently had our wedding at Bear Mill Estate. It's a truly beautiful venue and it exceeded all of our expectations. The grounds offer so many wonderful places to take photos. The cocktail/reception area have many unique spaces were guests could relax, dance, and socialize without getting stuck at their assigned tables. And we can't say enough good things about the day of coordinator, Troy, who was amazing at the usual wedding chaos (kids, dog, demanding guests, etc) but also kept our wedding together despite one difficult vendor. Our guests were constantly raving about how beautiful and unique the venue was. If you're having a small to medium size wedding, we absolutely recommend Bear Mill, and would gladly book them for our next (non-wedding) event.

We chose this wedding venue for two main reasons, 1. Having everything in one location which made the day and planning 10x easier! 2. The Terrace. Our wedding day weather could not have been more perfect and guests were able to enjoy the terrace the entire evening. Monica was amazing to work with as was the rest of the staff. Food was delicious, we saw many clean plates while making our rounds. I loved that the spaces themselves were beautiful, so we really didn't need much decor and they had a lot we could borrow (e.g. arch, centerpieces, table numbers). Highly recommend!

I cannot put into words how HIGHLY I recommend Glasbern. The ceremony space, reception space, guest rooms and grounds were so beautiful and the exact vibe we were going for. Megan and Morgan, the events manager and our day-of coordinator were my guardian angels, dealing with every request and question I had and taking every bit of stress away from me. The entire staff was perfection and treated us all amazingly. The food is incredible and the bartenders kept up with our VERY thirsty group. We were in the Glasloft, which is the smaller of their two event spaces (we had 70 guests), and even with another wedding happening at the same time, we never felt like anything was happening except our wedding.

After being in the Wedding & Special Events Industry in the Lehigh Valley and Beyond, Linda and I have been fortunate enough to work with the best of the best, both on a Professional level and in some of the most Amazing Wedding Venues around America. Throughout the years we have been blessed working with Terry Marrow at several awesome venues. No matter where we were or what the environment Terry always but on the best events. Every little detail was pre-thought and executed perfectly and as we all know sometimes things have not been relayed as they should have, but fear not, Terry would have it addressed and no one was every the wiser. One of the other special things about Terry is that she concerned about the other Professionals, to insure they have the space they need, convey the changes in last minute timing and in our case, the schedule allows for the very memorable images we will create – truly a team player! As for Shepard Hills Country Club, it is a beautiful venue. When we started out in our business we worked there often. It then went through some management changes, all for the better and it has been recently restored to its current splendor. It is not overstated yet stunning, with ample seating areas, spacious dance floor and refreshment area. On top oof that you have the Country Club grounds and outside casual areas, couple all that with an Outstanding Chef, banquet team and one of the Best Managers in and around the Lehigh Valley, what more could you ask for.

We are in AWE of RiverCrest!! I don't even know where to start with a review for them because they truly were perfect and above and beyond what we could have imagined. From the beginning, Michelle L. helped us on our wedding planning journey. She is extremely kind, honest, and talented. She helped us select all the major items (food, setup, etc) and all the way down to the little details (table linens, signs, etc). She always gave us her honest opinion and helped us make informed decisions for our wedding. It can be hard to navigate planning a wedding, but Michelle L. made is so seamless and truly effortless. We were able to do a food tasting and bring our parents. We were all blown away by not only the food, but the service. Everyone at RiverCrest is friendly and kind and that followed through on the wedding day as well. Leading up to the big day, Michelle L. was constantly in contact with us, making sure we had everything we needed. She does so much behind the scenes work and makes it look so effortless. On the wedding day, we were BLOWN AWAY with how organized and helpful the staff at RCGC was. They took care of us from the second we arrived to the second we left. From bringing us anything we needed in the bridal suite to setting everything up exactly as we wanted, they truly were a dream team. They were so seamless and organized when it came to the schedule throughout the day. We had no questions because they truly were ahead of everything. We worked with Angela later in the day and she was phenomenal!! She brought us food from our cocktail hour because we couldn't go and truly made sure we were taken care of the entire night. At the end of the night, the RCGC team had packed everything up for us and had it ready to load into our cars. They literally thought of EVERYTHING! Our guests still cannot stop talking about beautiful the day was and that is largely due to the RiverCrest staff. What an amazing team. We really can't thank them enough! If you are looking for a wedding venue with an incredible team, please book RiverCrest!!

My husband and I were so pleased with our reception at CCHC. Working with Cyndi Meadows, we were able to put on a fun, personalized reception for which we received rave reviews from family and friends. Cyndi answered our many questions and was responsive to our needs. Our guests loved the venue, with cocktails outside on the terrace along with the option to browse the museum collections. The auditorium space accommodated about 100 guests for a buffet dinner and dancing very well. With our DJ's lights, floral arrangements, and some additional decor, we turned the basic, blank slate of the auditorium into a vibrant, colorful space. Proximity to the Chestnut Street parking garage and the Hotel Warner are huge bonuses for this a unique venue in the borough of West Chester. The venue costs are very reasonable when looking at other local venues, plus you provide your own alcohol here which provides further savings. We happily partnered with one of their preferred caterers, Limoncello, who provided abundant, delicious food and excellent service. If you want a unique, convenient, and affordable venue for your wedding reception, do not hesitate to check out CCHC!!
