I personally love their savory beef burgundy and succulent salmon. Their food is prepared with love which you can taste in every mouthful. Thanks to Tracy & George and their staffing team, our wedding day was far beyond what we ever dreamt of!!!! I will rewind back to when I first emailed Tracy about our wedding catering inquiry. She was super responsive and able to get us in for a tasting ASAP. We instantly were drawn to Platinum Party Planners because they offered a variety of catering packages and we were able to pick one that suited our budget. A lot of other caterers were firm with their pricing which is stressful! During the food tasting, Tracy sat with us to discuss our wedding day vision and took thorough notes while George cooked & served us the food. Because I did not have a "day of" planner to setup all my DIYs/decor, she said not to worry and her team would handle it (ummm AMAZING!!!!!!). At the tasting, we were blown away not only by the taste of everything, but the gorgeous plating! Everything was absolutely beautiful and screamed high end, even with our limited budget. We had our wedding at RGNY Riverhead and initially they wanted us to choose a caterer from their exclusive list. Tracy went out of her way to meet with the managers/staff at RGNY and thanks to her high level of professionalism and expertise, they allowed us to proceed with using Platinum at our caterer!!! Prior to the wedding, Platinum assembled a whole timeline/order of events for our wedding day (with my approval of course!). Fast forward to our wedding day, Tracy NAILED our decor instructions, food was delicious, and the staff was awesome!! Platinum also made up menu cards for each seat, UNREAL!! Tracy only approached me ONE time the whole wedding day and it was only to say hi and congratulations!! This showed me she had everything under control and didn't need my input on anything. Once the reception ended, the team thoroughly cleaned up and took care of disposing all the garbage. All this to say, I truly could not thank Platinum Party Planners enough. Tracy & George went above and BEYOND to make me the happiest and most stress-free bride in the world. I will forever look back on that day as the happiest day of my life. Renegade Outpost Review Chef Ellen was really great to work with! From the start of our conversation to the wedding day, working with Renegade Outpost was an exceptional experience. Everyone raved about the food at our wedding! The appetizers were an early show stopper. Our favorites were the Cremini mushrooms & Jackfruit Mini Tacos - YUM! We had Latin style main entree, Pollo Guisado, which my husband absolutely loved. On top of the amazing food Chef Ellen was really fabulous to work with personally. She worked within my budget, made it easy to stay in touch, and I felt she had our best interest at heart. She was personable and gave us her honest options and opinions. She also helped us with the rentals we needed and finding a bar tender. I was very satisfied with our whole experience.

We had an absolutely amazing experience working with Jillicious! My husband and I are major foodies so we knew we didn’t want to have standard wedding food at our reception. We worked with Chef Jill to put together the most delicious menu of both apps and main courses. Everyone we spoke to after the wedding couldn’t stop raving about how good the food was. It honestly rivaled many of our favorite restaurants in NYC. In addition to the food, Chef Jill and her staff were amazing. They were so responsive throughout the whole wedding process and offered so many great recommendations. On the wedding day, the staff were very helpful with getting the rentals in order, setting up the tables, etc. We also had some guests thank us for how allergy conscious the wedding and staff were. We came across Chef’s Culinary Journey who was highly recommended by a close friend at the very last minute in the mist of Covid-19. Paul helped us every step of the way, he made a very stressful process serene and easy, accommodated late meetings after 7 pm, due to my hectic schedule. Paul recommendations from the florist, DJ, photographer and venue were spot on. The Boulevard grand ballroom was perfect, everything from the lighting, décor, flower arrangements, to the friendly staff and bridal attendants. Chef’s Culinary Journey food was amazing! From presentation, flavors to execution were perfect. Everyone was raving and boasting about everything they had. The staff was great and very attentive. This was such a great wedding, better than expected, I had so much fun. Everyone complimented on how the day went so efficient and how everything and our needs were accommodated for everyone at the wedding. Later, when we needed lights dimmed for the dance floor, they handled it without a hitch. Even when the cake was delivered to the wrong location, they ensured it arrived perfectly. When they picked up our items a few days later, we found a handwritten card with personal moments they cherished from working with us, along with a Polaroid from our first dance, humorously labeled as the “paw-rents” of our cats. My family and I had a great experience! Due to the current Covid environment, we were a bit hesitate to still have our wedding. We new most of our family members and close friends had their 2nd shots but were worried about hired staff. Just a Nibble NYC did an amazing job and really surpassed our expectations. Fig and Pig came out on top, not just for the amazing food, but for the team - you could just tell that they really cared about both back of house and front of house, and have put together a team of people who work so well together, who care about the food, have great attitudes and love the wedding business. We loved chatting with Holly at our tasting, and Tammy was on top of every little detail throughout the process. The selection of food was incredible, and they were even open to making customizations. We kept the food coming all night from the Fried Chicken Station at cocktail hour - a crowd favorite, don't miss it! To a late night snack of pretzels and dips, knowing that no one would leave hungry. Our guests are still raving about the food, including our chef friends, saying it was the best food they have ever had at a wedding. Also, try the family style dinner! Everyone loved the social way the food was served and enjoyed, and our guests are loved getting to try a little bit of everything. Do yourself a favor, and go with Fig and Pig, you won't regret it!

This was a second wedding, and we wanted it to be our way. Because we have NEVER had a bad meal at a Stephen Starr restaurant, we immediately decided to use Starr Catering. Best decision ever. We worked with Brittany Glover, who was professional, accommodating, and understood that we wanted an outstanding food experience, both for us and for our guests. We also wanted a pescatarian/vegetarian menu, which we thought would be a bit of a challenge; but Brittany gave us so many options that it never even registered that we didn't have meat. The planning was so much fun, the tasting dinner was spectacular, and we didn't have to think about a thing at the wedding itself. The catering was breathtakingly beautiful, and SO DELICIOUS. Our guests absolutely swooned over the food, and are still talking about how wonderful it was. The presentation was superb, the service outstanding, the open bar with a signature cocktail (Aperol spritz) was fantastic, the burrata bar at the cocktail hour killed, the hot stuff was hot and the cold stuff was cold, and the integration of other one-off requests of ours (one relative wanted light beer, we used a favorite baker for the wedding cake, Eric likes good rye, etc.) was seamless. Honestly, we wouldn't have changed a thing. We would use Starr Catering again in a heartbeat. It's our second anniversary today, and we're so grateful to Starr Catering for helping us have the wedding we wanted. T

We worked with Krisp for our wedding on September 1, 2019. We had the chance to visit their space in Brooklyn for couple rounds of amazing tastings including all kinds of appetizers, entrees, cocktail and even dessert samples. Oh man, the variety and creativity of their food is simply mind blowing! We could clearly tell that their chef always puts their clients' need at front and center of everything. During the seated dinner reception, our guests were pleasantly impressed by the food's beautiful presentation and deliciousness. They even helped us source a couple of Lady M crepe cakes for the dessert station! We didn't have to worry about anything at all throughout the event because every member of their team was so professional and efficient. This review is a tad long so bear with me. I worked with La Mila Catering for my sister’s wedding which was held on 27 July 2024. While planning my wedding a few years ago I knew what to expect and what questions to ask. What I didn’t expect was working with such a lovely and genuine team. I worked with Sandy specifically for catering services only. She’s spunky, lively, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Working with her has been a pleasure and I felt as if I were talking to one of my best friends. Sandy is a great salesperson. She not only explains what La Mila offers but she does it in a way that is transparent and has no unexpected costs and “fine print”. She communicates well and is direct, which I appreciate. She’s a talker and I don’t mean that negatively. She makes you feel like family most sincerely. In terms of planning and coordination, Sandy was excellent and they’re lucky to have her. Menu: When creating the menu my sister wanted Mediterranean food. Now, I believe that their specialty is Mediterranean cuisine, but they do not shy away from other cuisines. Their menu is extensive and will cater to anyone’s taste. Skies the limit! We had quite a bit of offerings for Cocktail hour, Dinner, and Dessert. We were able to have a tasting which helped us narrow down if what was selected previously was what they wanted for the day of the wedding. There we met Elie (E-Lee NOT El-lee) and Heidi, the owners, and Sandy in person. Elie is the head chef and knows what he’s doing in the kitchen. Everything was cooked to perfection; delicious tasting and the portions were filling. Aside from the food it was obvious that Elie and Heidi work hard for their business and are truly dedicated. Day of the wedding: Elie, Heidi and their team worked based on the wedding timeline that I created. They were on time to serve all their food. I can’t tell you how many times I saw Elie walking back and forth to check on food and to bring food. That guy was moving! Heidi did all of the cocktail and dessert table placement and more. They are a hardworking team and I highly recommend them. From start to finish it was easy and perfectly executed. Point blank the food was delicious and I wish they had a restaurant so I could eat there all the time. LOL Thank you again for your friendship, delicious food and professionalism. *I wish I took pictures.

Working with Evalyn, Cortney, and the team at Dish was a truly incomparable experience! I had the pleasure of getting to know Dish a few years back at my first job and had told my contact at the time, Bonnie, that I would definitely be back when it was time for me to host my big event - my wedding. After reconnecting with the Dish team, in particular speaking with Evalyn, we couldn't have felt more confident that it was the right fit for our big day. From the personalized menu, to the in house tasting, and the amazing day of coordinator, Cortney, the most important and expensive party we ever threw (and likely ever will) was in the best hands. When any changes or adjustments came up the team was eager to help make our vision come to life. A few weeks before when I wanted to do another itinerary run through, Cortney, was not just game, but so enthusiastic and supportive. As small things came up day of, Evalyn and Cortney were on it and as we were packing up, the whole Dish team helped us pack up and carry out our numerous flower arrangements. We truly couldn't have pulled this off without Dish and are so grateful for their partnership. Thank you, Dish!

Finding a way to bring my carnivore family into my to vegetarian/vegan new family was smooth sailing with GCC. Everyone under the sun was happy. John was also so attentive to me as a bride on my big day that I made sure I got to enjoy the fruits of my choices. Thank you GCC.

We hired Juan and his team for our small wedding and we have to say that the experience was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish, Juan was very attentive and envisioned what we wanted for our day, the proposal was very transparent and fair enough, they went above and beyond our expectations, the menu was a very unique and creative great combination of flavor and colors, service was top notch. I have worked with Alex at AD Catering for multiple big events. Both as a photographer and florist myself, I am extremely visual and specific about how things are presented and AD blows it out of the water. While looks are important, for the actual product (food and delivery) to be such high quality is very rare and they always deliver. Alex has amazing taste and styling skills when it comes to design details. She is extremely professional to work with and her team is super friendly and reliable. AD Catering is truly unique from any catering and planning service I have ever worked with before and anyone would be so lucky to work with them!!
