“I was so overwhelmed when I first started looking for florists for our wedding. There are so many options, and I didn’t even know where to start until I found Poppy. They break down the process and steps, making it super easy, almost to the point that it doesn’t feel real. To start, you meet with a floral consultant where you talk through your wedding details, the vibe you’re going for, the general needs, etc. Then they walk you through a list of various wedding floral options: bouquets, table arrangements, signage florals, ceremony florals, etc., and you start to narrow down what you want. In each section, they have a grouping of photos, and you can either select something from that or ask for more options. You can also tweak what they have shown (I picked florals that had eucalyptus in them and requested everything be switched to ruscus). After that, you have a while to go back in and adjust until a deadline, but they accommodated some last-minute adds I had as well. Our consultant was Sophia, and she was super responsive and wonderful to work with. Closer to the wedding, you get assigned a local florist who does the actual designing/styling and installing, and we were lucky enough to get Ron, who matched our inspo images EXACTLY. Everything was so beautiful, and I was so in love with my bouquet. He was also incredibly nice and set everything up so quickly. If you’re looking for something to make the whole floral selection easy, simple, and beautiful (also super transparent with costs), definitely go with Poppy!!”

We rented the ‘Moody Romance’ suite and I purchased an add on of a custom bridal bouquet and boutonnière! I had done thorough research on purchasing real flowers and while price was our driving factor, I loved the element of saving on waste with renting and the option to purchase a keepsake! Brittany spent time talking to me so many times about questions I had and was incredibly patient! With the custom bouquet, I was able to upload inspiration photos and she NAILED it! The shipping process was so seamless as well. Brittany provided the tracking numbers and thorough instructions on receiving and then returning the flowers. She was respectful of our budget, had a clear, well-structured contract, and payment through her professional portal was incredibly easy. Everything was delivered, set-up, and cleaned up flawlessly and on-time. Importantly, if there were any issues day-of, we didn’t hear about it or take on any of that stress (though with her careful planning, I bet there weren’t any fires to put out!) While these sound like boring logistics, all of this professional preparation on N&V’s part saved us a ton of time and stress wedding planning. Positivity and good energy: Naomi herself is the warmest and most effusively positive person - that was clear from our very first consultation call with her and was even more true on the day of our wedding. Any questions or additional florals I needed (which was a lot) she replied in a very timely manner and with upmost care, never making me feel like I was a bother. Now onto the florals. I will not shut up about them to whoever I talk to about my wedding. They were beyond stunning. My favorite part of my wedding besides you know… marrying my husband. Was the floral arrangements!!
