From the very first meeting, their communication was flawless - they never missed a beat and were always available to answer our questions. I recently had the absolute pleasure of hosting my wedding at Stroudsmoor Country Inn on Memorial Day, and I am beyond thrilled with the experience. From start to finish, the entire event was nothing short of magical. Before our wedding, I often heard people say their wedding day was the happiest day of their lives, but I never truly understood that sentiment—until now. Thanks to the impeccable team at Stroudsmoor, I can wholeheartedly say it was the happiest day of my life. The approach at Stroudsmoor is exceptionally organized. Linda, with her vast experience, ensures that every detail is perfect. Her meticulous planning and attention to detail were evident throughout the entire process. Despite the unexpected heavy rains on our wedding day, we seamlessly adapted and moved the ceremony indoors to a beautiful location inside the Lawnhaven Pavilion. The transition was smooth, and the indoor setup was just as stunning as the original outdoor plan. The environment Linda and her team created was like a dream come true. She has cultivated an atmosphere of warmth and hospitality that is palpable as soon as you step onto the property. The surprises they planned were beyond amazing! Growing up in India, I had only read about s'mores and imagined the sound of ice cream trucks. Experiencing these delightful touches for the first time on our special day was phenomenal. These unexpected details made us feel incredibly loved and cherished. I want to extend a special thank you to the incredible "I Do Crew"—Belkis, Jess, and Ann—who did an outstanding job on the day. Laura’s kindness also did not go unnoticed. And finally, a heartfelt thank you to Linda, whose efforts in fostering such a positive and welcoming atmosphere at Stroudsmoor truly made all the difference. Michelin-starred restaurants and luxury hotels worldwide could learn a thing or two about true hospitality from her and her team. Stroudsmoor Country Inn is truly a special place. I hope they continue to preserve the unique charm and warmth that made our wedding day unforgettable. If there’s anything I can do to support their efforts or assist in any way, I am more than willing. For anyone looking for a wedding venue that goes above and beyond to make your day extraordinary, I highly recommend Stroudsmoor Country Inn. Thank you, Stroudsmoor, for making our wedding day the happiest day of our lives.

My fiancé and I were looking for a rustic wedding venue, not a ballroom, preferably a venue with space to be outside (weather permitting). We visited a few options in the Philly area and fell in love with the John James Audubon Center! The space offers SO many options for an outdoor or indoor ceremony. They host receptions in the pavilion which is open with huge windows and firepits outside! The site is beautiful, and everyone we’ve worked with has been immensely helpful! After officially booking for our October 2024 wedding, we planned to visit with our parents. What was originally intended to be a quick stroll around the grounds turned into an impromptu tour with the venue manage. She answered all of our parents' questions and even brought out photo books of previous weddings for us to flip through together. With the wedding right around the corner now, we could not be more thrilled with our decision and can't wait to be there next month to celebrate our big day!

A destination wedding without the airfare! Our family is spread out along the East Coast . When searching for a wedding venue we had to consider how far our guest were willing to travel. We found The Lake House Inn and our search, stopped there. What an amazing venue so close to New York and Philadelphia. We had always dreamed of a destination wedding, but realize it’s a lot to ask for your guests to travel by air. Our wedding at The Lake House Inn turned out to be better than we ever imagined. We stayed for two nights surrounded by friends and family and it felt like a week! And unlike a destination wedding 95% of our invited guest were able to attend. The whole experience was amazing! Special thanks to our planner Holly, and Marina, the innkeeper, for making our wedding weekend so special.

The newly renovated restaurant occupies three rooms of a 1700s farmhouse, complete with two working fireplaces and surrounded by perennial gardens. Familiarity walks hand in hand with the unexpected; old and new blend to form a timeless ambiance that is comfortable and welcoming.

We have had the privilege of working at the Farmhouse at People's Light on multiple ocassions and couldn't recommend it more highly. The Farmhouse is such a unique space, with creative locally made art on display and integrated throughout the property, both indoors and out! Some of our favorite features include the cozy bridal suite with a working fireplace and how the event space perfectly flows from indoors to outdoors. Richard & Dawn are two of the kindest and best people to work with in the wedding world, with an ability to help organize a perfect event and keep you smiling through everything. A review wouldn't be complete without also saying that the Farmhouse has some of the BEST food! We are never disappointed in the delicious options.

Choosing Appleford for our wedding was hands down one of the best choices we made in wedding planning. From the first tour Lisa made the experience as easy and stress free as possible. Their recommended vendors and partnered caters were great, and the open houses they held made selection smooth and gave us peace of mind knowing we were making informed decisions. One reason we loved Appleford was knowing they had a good rain plan - unfortunately, we did have to use this rain plan for some of our day so we were so incredibly grateful that the inside of the estate was stunning and ready for indoor use when the time came. The onsite coordinator was helpful in every respect and helped with everything including wardrobe malfunctions for the mother of the bride (helping to sew her dress when it was needed)! Our guests raved about how beautiful the venue was which was obvious from the moment you step on the property. We cannot recommend Appleford enough and are so incredibly grateful that we chose them for our wedding day!

Choosing Vault 634 for my wedding was THE best decision we made. Eric, Jared and their team made our wedding stress free, seamless and elegant. There are so many positive aspects of this venue, I'm not sure where to even begin with this review. Food: five stars. From the appetizers, to dinner to deserts our guests raved about it all. Physical site: The Vault is a historic site that has had millions of dollars put in to its renovation. The sky light, the grand staircase and the chandeliers make it eloquent and beautiful. The downstairs bar captures the historic feel of the venue and another part of the wedding our guests absolutely loved. They only host one wedding per day so you have the entire venue for just you and your guests. They are also a one-stop-shop. Linens, chairs, centerpieces, table numbers can all be provided for you which is such a big time and money saver. Customer Service: Eric, Jared and their team are absolutely amazing. Jared answered every email, question and inquiry immediately and was beyond attentive to us. The planning process was simple and streamlined thanks to all his help along the way. The day of the wedding you will have not a single thing to worry about. Eric and Jared and their team will make sure everything runs exactly the way you want it to. Any small snafu or issue will be solved and you probably won't find out there was any issue until the next day. They also helped us with setting up our ceremony space and small touches we planned with decor so no day of coordinator is needed. There is not a single negative thing I can say about this venue and Eric & Jared and their team. You simply can not go wrong with having your Wedding at Vault 643

I married my husband, Brandon, in late October this past year and we celebrated our Reception at the Wilbur Mansion with Rebecca Ciraco and Christy Jackson as our two right-hand people. Rebecca, our main contact at the Wilbur Mansion, was incredibly kind, patient, and fun to collaborate with. From the moment we met to sign the contract to the final menu selections weeks before the big day, Brandon and I loved working alongside her. Christy managed our event: she handled our signature drink, the linen colors, the layout, and any other little details at the venue. On the wedding day, Christy was the most consistent part of our reception. She made sure we were in the right places at the right times, she bustled my dress with safety pins (when we couldn’t find the little loops and buttons), she took care of talking to our DJ and communicating with staff for us, and she even made sure there was a plate of hors d’oeuvres at our sweetheart table so that we could eat after our photography session! She checked in on us throughout the event and she made the whole evening a BREEZE. Brandon and I are so incredibly thankful for Rebecca and Christy’s attention and help through our planning process and the event itself-- we truly felt so taken care of and carefree. The Wilbur Mansion is a STUNNING venue, but what truly makes it special is its team. Additionally, the Wilbur has so many beautiful places for photo ops, an excellent staff, and the food was OUTRAGEOUSLY DELICIOUS. Guests came up to me complimenting the hors d'oeuvres and meals all night at the Reception. Even now, months later, I still have friends recounting our wedding day and how wonderful the food was! Not only that, but hosting an event at the Wilbur Mansion was also a fair price. I can confidently recommend the Wilbur Mansion to anyone looking for an elegant backdrop for their event!

The castle vibes were everything and so different for guests to experience! If you’re looking at 200 guests, Stokesay can accommodate so much more! We estimated 240, but ended up with 200 and the ballroom was so spacious, no one felt crowded. We had great feedback from our guests regarding the entire venue as a whole and food as well! Response times and communication were always great and everything we had asked for was translated perfectly for our day. They did a good job at taking notes on our file of things we wanted and were doing differently. Would definitely recommend!! My husband and I can’t wait to come back every once in a while to visit the pub and reminisce on our special day!

We chose Philmont for our 11/03/2023 wedding, and we couldn't be happier with the venue and the staff (special shout out to Ariel and Jimmy). We received so many compliments on how delicious the food was, which thrilled me and my husband to hear. Ariel was who I coordinated with for months, and she deserves all the good praise in the world. She was always helpful and responsive, which is key for a bride-to-be who is juggling the plethora of responsibilities and vendors prior to the big day. She was absolutely a key member of the team to ensure everything with smoothly, and had endless patience for my many questions. I would recommend her to anyone. With the recent construction going on outside the venue, my husband and I were filled with trepidation as that was something that started up a few months before our wedding day, but the staff truly went above and beyond to make sure that was nothing but a hiccup on the day. We received so much praise for the venue and the outdoor ceremony space, and our guests stated that everything was beautiful. Jimmy was incredible during our Tasting, and helped us pick the perfect menu for our guests. We chose the plated option (Filet, Tuscan Chicken, and Honey-Soy Salmon), and their Honey-Soy Salmon was a massive hit with myself and the guests who ordered it. We also heard endless compliments for the appetizers and stations serviced during cocktail hour. Jimmy was a huge help to us when it came to picking the perfect menu, and was also an excellent Day-Of coordinator. He made sure everything was running smoothly on the wedding day, and helped our rather large party line up and walk for the ceremony. The staff here are truly what made this experience incredible, and it's thanks to them that we had our perfect day.

I was so excited when I found this venue and the experience did not disappoint. I definitely underestimated the time and stress involved in planning a wedding, but Peachtree Catering makes it so easy. You met our designated Peachtree coordinator at our menu tasting and that kicked off all the detail start work: food and drink options, color schemes, linens, etc. and they will work directly with your additional vendors (DJ, florist, etc.). Everything is really organized and easy, from digital look books, to table setting mock-ups, all of the little details were already thought of, we just needed to make selections based on our personal style. I can't emphasize enough how awesome the staff is - the day went perfectly, the food was fantastic, the table settings and service were perfect, I can't think of any detail that was overlooked! Our day of rockstars were Ashley and George who made sure we were fed, got to taste every appetizer, and I don't think there was an empty water or wine glass all night!
