Hey, I’m Melissa. I’ve been producing live events for 12 years. From large theatrical stage shows to public festivals and concerts, from weddings to private parties, my expertise is vast and has given me the tools to produce excellent events. I’m a logistics junkie. Creating a timeline that makes sense and a flow that feels organic makes the guest experience unforgettable.

It’s not just about coordinating all vendors involved, it’s about being a team player and doing everything I can to make it happen. I don’t panic, I problem solve. I love to cook, eat, drink wine, laugh, and hang out with my love, friends, and fur babies.

We are there with you through the planning process as your expert sounding board. Then 3 months out we connect, organize, create a timeline/design the day, and take over vendor communication. Then we work together to make sure every detail has been addressed. On the day it is one lead with one assistant, first to arrive, last to leave. We run the day, set up and pack up your personal items, and ensure a smooth successful day for you!

    Melissa is INCREDIBLE! We hired Melissa for month of coordination for our May wedding in Palm Springs at Desert Island and it was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Melissa is kind, thoughtful, proactive, and is clearly very experienced at what she does. She created an impeccable schedule for our wedding and didn’t miss a single detail. On top of this she coordinated all the logistics with each of our other vendors the month before our wedding. As an aside, Melissa shared an amazing vendor recommendation list with us where we found the majority of our other vendors who were also just FAB. On the day of our wedding, Melissa was an absolute superstar. She kept all the trains running, adjusted things when needed, and seamlessly executed the day we had been planning and dreaming about for so long. She took the stress out of the day for us because we knew she absolutely had everything under control. I am so grateful for everything Melissa did to make our dream wedding come to life. I full heartedly 100/10 recommend hiring Melissa if you’re looking for an amazing coordinator!

    I've been so lucky to team up with Melissa on a couple wedding events over the years. One in particular I watched her display and arrange literally hundreds of toys and comic book trinkets for a wedding reception. She is timely, responsive, trusting and really sets expectations and the foundation for a smooth wedding day. She knows her venues very well and I love the care and respect that she has for her couples. Melissa is the best!
