Best Wedding Planner and Coordinator!

We loved working with Renée and are overly grateful for her expertise, guidance, and encouragement throughout the entire wedding process. We were getting married at a historical venue in Los Angeles, but were based in Boston. We were also more active in the selection of our vendors, design, and vision we had for the day of our wedding. So we wanted a planner who was not only familiar with the ins and outs of our venue, but was familiar with any outstanding vendors we needed to book in LA. Renée met all of those criteria and more. She met us at our current needs and was able to provide a comprehensive and detailed plan for how her services would fit best with our needs. We met once a month to discuss tasks that were completed, along with upcoming tasks that needed to be addressed. This kept us on track and not once did we feel like we were falling behind or failed to consider something for our wedding. She was also approachable outside of our meetings, and we never hesitate to reach out with a question via email if need be. Throughout it all, Renée was very friendly, encouraging, and cheerful. She also joined us when we had to visit our venue, or our vendors. For the food and drink tasting night hosted by our venue, she was also there and gave us great insight about the food, drinks, and how to make the most of the venue for our wedding day. Renée was always there in case we had an emergency, which fortunately were very few. The one that comes to mind was some printing and shipping error for stationary needed for the wedding. We told her about it and she immediately got in touch with someone she knew to facilitate the re-printing and shipping of our order. It was not something we expected but it meant a lot that she went above and beyond for us, especially since we needed the materials so close to out wedding date. For the rehearsal Renée made the process very easy and fun. She gave us simple instructions that were easy to follow and remember the following day. For the day of the wedding she was on top of it all, making sure that things were going smoothly. Perhaps in one of the few moments I felt stressed because I felt we were running behind schedule, she reassured me by telling me that it was fine, because the wedding is about us and our schedule, so there was no need to rush. She made sure that we were taking time to enjoy our wedding and not feeling too rushed or overwhelmed. Even our own guests remarked by how she efficiently coordinated everything throughout our wedding. We really were in such good hands throughout it all, and we are so lucky to have been able to work with her.

5 stars are not enough for Renee and Moxie Bright Events. Everyone told me something would go wrong at my wedding and that is not the case with Renee at the helm. It was the perfect day; authentically us, because we had Renee Dalo to help us plan and execute our dream. She recommended vendors that fit our style perfectly, communicated with people at the venue who were not easy communicators, and took all worries off our plate throughout the event. I have never met anyone better at their job than Renee is. HIRE HER!

On the day of the wedding, their team was on top of every detail, ensuring the event flowed seamlessly. The decor they created was absolutely gorgeous, perfectly capturing the vibe we had envisioned.
