We hired Nathalia Rose Events as the month of coordinator for our wedding reception, and are so grateful we did! We were so overwhelmed at first (est. guest count was 400), however, Natalie and her team were simply amazing. From providing feedback to reassuring us about all of the little last minute curve balls and potatoes, Natalie seemed to always know what we were thinking and what we needed. She was extremely organized and communicated clearly with us and our vendors to make sure we were all on the same page the night of our event. We could not have had the night we had without Natalie and her team. She is so incredibly kind, caring, and absolutely killed it when it came to helping us bring our vision to life on the day of our event. My guests also had nothing but good things to say about how well organized everything was, and I cannot recommend Nathalia Rose Events enough.

Calder's Creations was an absolute dream to work with as our wedding planners. From the very beginning, their communication style was responsive, honest, and nurturing - we felt as if we were the only couple Natalie worked with throughout our entire planning process, as she was so dedicated to us and our special day. The quality of her work and value was truly remarkable, exceeding our expectations at every turn. She took care of all the setup and breakdown, and provided us with a convenient cash payment system that removed the worry of paying vendors on the day of. Natalie went the extra mile to ensure our wedding day was perfect, and we never felt like just one of the bunch, they were there every step of the way. We are forever grateful for her exceptional service and attention to detail, we couldn’t have planned our wedding without her!
