| Description | For couples who want to enjoy their engagement to the fullest. With full service planning, you’ll go about the wedding planning process with as little stress as possible. You’ll get to choose your vendors and design without the added hassle of extensive research. Choose this package if you want your wedding to be talked about for years to come. | For couples who want to take a hands on approach in planning their big day, while eliminating the stress of handling the finer details. Together we will get a clear understanding of your vision and collaborate on vendor choice and design. Once your vendors are chosen, we’ll handle the logistics from there. We'll put our heads together to make your dream wedding a reality. | For couples who want to design their own vision, but still enjoy a stress free wedding day. You will provide decor, and all vendor information. From there we will work together to create your timeline. Meetings prior to your wedding day will ensure that all of the necessary contact information is provided and the decor set up is thoroughly discussed. From the very first meeting, Sarah made myself feel so supported, understood, and excited about the wedding planning process. Planning a wedding can feel overwhelming, but she truly took that weight off our shoulders. She listened to every detail of our vision, offered thoughtful guidance when we needed it, and brought so much creativity and professionalism to the table. On our wedding day, everything flowed so seamlessly that we were able to be fully present and soak in every single moment — something we will always be grateful for. Behind the scenes, she was making sure every vendor, timeline, and detail came together flawlessly, yet she did it all with such calmness and grace that we never once felt stressed. What really stood out was her genuine care — not just for the event itself, but for us as a couple. She celebrated with us, encouraged us, and went above and beyond to make sure our day was not only beautiful but also truly ours. We are forever thankful for her dedication and heart. Because of her, we had the wedding of our dreams, and we will never stop recommending her to anyone searching for a planner who is not only amazing at what she does, but also an incredible person to have by your side through it all!!! Our Wedding Fairy Godmother
We cannot say enough great things about working with Sarah as our wedding planner and coordinator. From our very first meeting, she understood our vision and offered invaluable recommendations and guidance throughout our wedding planning process. As a type A, detail oriented person who was unfamiliar with Portland and wanted to be able to enjoy my own wedding day, I knew I would need someone to help me out, and Sarah was the perfect match to help me bring our wedding to life. Because Portland was a destination wedding for us, we relied on her heavily for recommendations of local vendors, and she nailed it with every single one. She also graciously let us ship decor and accessories to her home that she then stored for us until our wedding day. From our first visit to Portland, Sarah bent over backwards for us: she gave us a tour of Portland when we were in town for the first time following our venue site visit, sourced welcome bags at the local outlet mall, met us at our hotel to exchange decor and picked up and dropped off rentals for us in order to give us more free time during our wedding week. She made sure our wedding week was stress free, and let nothing slip through the cracks. We worked together closely to craft the perfect timeline, and then Sarah handled all of the confirmations and coordination of the vendors in the final lead up to the wedding, making sure they were confirmed and knew where to be and when, since our wedding and reception took place at two separate venues. While Petal & Pine is still a fairly new solo venture for Sarah, she has over 10 years of experience in the wedding industry, and it showed. Every single one of our vendors had nothing but great things to say about working with Sarah in the lead up to, and on the day of the wedding. From the vendors who have worked with her over and over again praising her as one of the best, to some of our vendor’s first time working with her, everyone was raving about how amazing Sarah was, and we wholeheartedly agree. We are so lucky that we found Sarah, and we could not recommend her enough! She was like our wedding fairy godmother- pulling together all the details and giving everything a dash of magic to create the most perfect day. I’d plan another wedding just to work with her again!

The best decision we made regarding wedding planning was hiring Petal & Pine! Sarah is so incredibly amazing. We choose the day of coordination package since we already had a lot planned out at that point but she helped coordinate way more beyond just the actual day, organizing the timeline, helping me confirm with all of our vendors, venue walk throughs. Then the actual day came and she was an absolute star. Everything was so perfect, we actually got to enjoy the morning of the wedding getting ready and relaxing, every worry went away! All of our guests were nonstop telling us how wonderful she was and we could not have agreed more. We had the absolute best time at our wedding, would not change a single thing and are so grateful to Sarah for executing everything so perfectly!
