Helped us compose a perfect run of show and checked not a single thing was forgotten. She also helped bring things to our attention where we had underthought our planned approach, helping create so many personal, special details for the eventual day. Tiffany was extremely personable and friendly and a joy to work with. Beyond the logistics, the advice on wedding etiquette and what was worth our time to focus on, she was also an island of calm with a strong perspective when details were flying like mad. I had the opportunity to work with Lee Ramsay Events for our wedding in August. Lee demonstrated the perfect temperament and attention to detail needed. My fiancé is a surgical resident meaning much of the planning was left to me (the groom) and Lee. Lee managed all of the personalities in our wedding party, family, and venue masterfully. We continue to receive compliments days and weeks after about our wedding and the level of organization that made our day flow so well. She was a true joy to work with and all of our other vendors shared that she was one of the best planners they had ever worked with. When we hired Lee, we did not think we needed a full planner, but she more than demonstrated her ability in one of Manhattan’s premier venues. Lee offered other value add services and guidance to making our wedding weekend the perfect one. Her team of bridal attendants and assistants were incredible on Wedding day. I cannot recommend Lee Ramsay Events enough. I struggled to find someone who could accommodate our specific needs until I discovered Gratzie’s Bridal Attendant Morning-of Services—the perfect middle ground for those who don’t need a full-blown coordinator but still want day-of support. April arrived with a fully stocked kit of wedding-day essentials, helped pin my dress, and even showed my mother how to securely attach and remove my veil. I did my own hair and makeup, but she offered to do touch-ups—what a score to find someone who was once a bridal hair and makeup artist! Having her there made all the difference, and I can’t recommend her and her company enough for any bride who wants extra support without the commitment of a full coordination package.

Talk about making the impossible, possible! I had worked with MVW Events to plan a surprise engagement picnic for my then girlfriend, now wife. Around the time, I was wrapping up my graduate program and set to graduate the day after I planned on proposing. MVW helped me set the vision for the picnic and coordinated sourcing vendors for the right deals on items that would make the moment extra special. With all the details in place, I was confident in what we had planned and was actually less nervous about the whole bended knee thing because of it. Fast forward to the day of and guess what ... It RAINED!! so the park area I had in mind did not allow folks on the grass after fresh rain so we had to change plans on the fly. Morgan and her super creative brain proposed she and her team set up everything in my apartment instead. That way we could have everything we needed for the occasion within arms reach. She even secretly met me while I was out with my partner at a school event to grab my apartment keys and head over to set everything up while I was out. When we got home, when I say the place looked like MAGIC!! We were both blown away (but of course I had an idea of what to expect). And of course, it went perfectly from there. Kylie assisted us at our rehearsal the day before our wedding, practicing the ceremony to ensure we understood the process and best practices for each bridal party member. Miranda and Raquel were there for us on our wedding date, helping set up decor, running to get breakfast for the bridal party, and being the point of contact with all our vendors. At one point, as the bride, I was getting overstimulated with all the pictures being taken in a short amount of time, and Miranda/Raquel had my back by making sure I had water and 30 minutes to center before our ceremony. I’m not even sure where to begin to describe how amazing Events by McKenna is at what they do!! McKenna is the most kind, helpful, and enthusiastic person to assist you during such an important time in your life. She made sure everything went perfectly on our wedding day and every day leading up to it! When we first started our wedding planning journey, we only knew where we wanted to have it, and due to the venue location not regularly being used for weddings, we needed to outsource vendors for everything. That's where McKenna came in and helped us out by hand-picking every vendor that she knew would provide the exact things we were looking for. From catering, florals, furniture rentals, DJ, and all the little details, she knew who would be perfect for the job and she was right about every single one! Every time we had a question or a crazy idea, she had an answer right away and she would do everything she could to make it happen. One thing that we were really hoping for was getting a disco ball above our dance floor, but since we were outdoors, it wasn’t looking promising. McKenna was the one who made sure that we got our disco ball, and it was absolutely perfect! That’s just one example of the many ways McKenna ensured our dream wedding would become a reality. On the day of, McKenna and her team were so efficient and handled everything so that my husband and I could relax and focus on ourselves. We got to our venue and everything was already done and ready to start the day! McKenna was amazing at time management throughout the day, and she was so helpful to not only us, but our families, wedding party and guests as well. Everything went perfectly on schedule and all the crazy ideas that we had came to life with no issues! It was truly the best day of our lives and it wouldn’t have been possible without McKenna’s help! We had Raquel for 3 month coordination, and words alone cannot express how organized, professional, and seamless Raquel made the three months leading up to and on wedding day. Prior to the start of our coordination with Raquel, she provided us with a very organized, detailed spreadsheet to guide us through the wedding planning process. Raquel was the organization and detail behind every idea I brought to the table and helped to make our vision a reality! Raquel was my coordinator but doubled as my wedding therapist throughout the three months! Any wedding related question we had, Raquel was always there with a very thoughtful and speedy email response. Starting at 5pm the night before our wedding when she led us through our mini walk-through, to walking down the aisle, I felt completely reassured everything would go as smoothly as possible due to Raquel’s expertise! Raquel and her team are the perfect blend of professionalism and warmth that made our day feel seamless. Her team worked effortlessly behind the scenes on the day of our wedding (even running back to my apartment to pick up forgotten ceremony programs and doing so without me even knowing!). They worked their magic and allowed my husband and I to be the guests of honor rather than the hosts. I wouldn’t have made it through the final stretch of wedding planning without Raquel and her team. I highly recommend Raquel’s coordination; she made our day effortless and unforgettable! She was extremely kind and someone who genuinely understood the venue and the details that mattered most to us. The planning process and tools that she provided were exceptional - clear, organized, and thoughtfully designed to keep everything on track. It was clear she had worked with Audrey's many times and knew exactly what needed to happen in order to have the perfect wedding day. We especially appreciated all of the tips that Mia provided on the Merry by Mia Instagram account. She truly provided the information we needed, when we needed it. Once we were paired with Lindsey the planning felt effortless. She was calm, cool and collected every step of the way. On the day of our wedding, Lindsey truly stepped up. She managed every little hiccup while staying professional and taking care of things so we didn't have to stress about them. Her ability to adapt quickly and find solutions without sacrificing quality or style was a game changer. She gave us total peace of mind which is exactly what we needed. We can confidently say having a wedding planner is an absolute must (even if you do it for a living!) and the Merry by Mia team is truly the best. Words can't describe how thankful I am to have had Jess and Jackie on my wedding day!!! Our day wouldn't have nearly gone as smoothly without them. They truly embraced the day and put all their energy into knowing inside and out our timeline, every detail, our vendors and our bridal party. I (the bride) was able to go about my entire day without having to worry about a single thing because they were taking the lead and handling it all. With a big bridal party and family, they ensured our most important people were where they needed to be and that we got all the photo shots that I had specified on my extensive list. All my expectations for the day that I had talked with them the months prior to our wedding were met and exceeded. There were only a few small bumps to the day and they immediately diffused the situation and quickly resolved it, all while being so kind and professional. These two allowed me to be completely present on my day and blocked out all the noise for me and I can't thank them enough for that. The most amazing wedding event I could have ever ask for: especially with Donna from DBC Eventz. The venue was absolutely stunning, offering a perfect blend of elegance and modernity. The DBC Eventz planner decorations were vibrant, and the ambiance was lively, making the celebration unforgettable. The catering service provided a delicious array of local and international cuisines that delighted every guest. The spacious dance floor and excellent DJ kept everyone entertained throughout the night. The staff's hospitality and attention to detail ensured everything went smoothly.
