“I honestly thought the vision of an outdoor winter wedding was going to continue to just be a dream. So many people told us we were crazy and “good luck” because why on earth would we get married outside in the cold. She took the time out to meet with me in person which showed me that she truly cared about my experience on a deeper level. Anytime I needed her perspective, advice, or assistance she was there. She provided a draft and final detailed run of show which included every aspect of the day, from hair and makeup to the grand entrance of the reception. She stayed in contact with all vendors and provided updates promptly and consistently advocated on my behalf. She made recommendations whenever needed and they were always amazing! I cannot recommend her services enough. If you are questioning whether a coordinator is needed and if it is worth the investment, here is your sign! I had absolutely no major issues on my wedding day and people are still complimenting a week later!”

“I can't thank Kimberley enough for the amazing work she did on my wedding day! We had a large group-7 bridesmaids, a flower girl (who was added last minute), my mom, and of course, me—and she handled it all seamlessly. She brought an assistant with her, and both of them arrived early (even though we started at 5:30am) & were very professional, and incredibly patient as we navigated through the morning. Even though I did two trials - one style with my hair down and another high updo, I ended up going with a traditional low bun last minute, and Kimberley nailed it! She worked her magic and made me feel absolutely beautiful. I also want to express my gratitude for the extra time she took with my mom during the process. My mom came with me to one of my trials, and I could tell how much she cared about making sure everything was perfect for both of us. “I cannot say enough amazing things about Julie, our day-of wedding coordinator. She went above and beyond to ensure our day was flawless from start to finish. Communication was seamless, she was incredibly responsive in the weeks leading up to the wedding and totally understood our vision. I had purchased over 400 vases, candles, and fresh roses for the decor, and Julie handled the setup beautifully. She brought everything to life just the way I imagined, elegant, romantic, and perfectly styled. I provided a timeline, but she took full ownership of it and made sure everything ran right on schedule without me having to stress for a second. She also coordinated with vendors, kept everyone in the loop, and managed behind-the-scenes logistics like a total pro.
