“Lindsay with Mostest was AMAZING! She helped us tremendously when the event planner for the Charleston Princess quit just a few weeks before my daughter’s wedding. There were many obstacles to navigate including not being able to board the vessel to set up and decorate until 2 hours before guests would begin boarding. Lindsay single handedly transported a car load of personalized details, decorations, party favors, bar items, extra linens, numerous picture frames and a huge Charleston Harbor nautical chart that served as the guest book. She had to take several trips from her car down a very long pier to get to the boat and set it all up in such a short time span. She managed it all beautifully! The timeline she created was amazing and we were actually a bit ahead of schedule prior to the ceremony. This gave us all some time to relax while sweet Lindsay was preparing for all of our guests to arrive. After the reception, Lindsay stayed on board and began packing up all of our special items carefully. We returned to the vessel after sending the bride and groom off, to find that she had managed to pack most of our items without our help. I can’t say enough about all that she did for us, especially with all of the hiccups and stresses we faced the last few weeks. She handled everything with such grace and poise! This MOB was quite stressed with the adversity we were facing that was out of our control and Lindsay smoothed everything out!! I can’t say enough about her!! “I found Alexa on the Knot and booked her for Monarch’s full wedding planning package as my husband & I were planning a wedding outside of Chicago in an unconventional venue, 9 months away, and lived in another state. It was a big challenge but from the initial consultation, we loved Alexa’s energy, organization, commitment and just knew we could trust her with our once in a lifetime event. The planning process was extremely organized, thorough and well-paced. She matched my attention to detail, tackled unplanned challenges with ferocity (which included a limited selection of vendors given the location of our venue) and was as dedicated to bringing my very specific vision to life as I was. She brought great vendor recommendations and connections and did countless hours of research on new vendors. Details were well-documented and thoroughly discussed to ensure all parties were aligned. “From the moment we started planning our wedding with Here It Blooms, Pauline's clear, professional, and organized communication style put us at ease. We went with The Bud package (30 days of planning). My main concern was coordinating and communicating with vendors the last 30 days and all of the day of coordination. I am a project manager so I thought I had everything set, but she was so helpful in highlighting the little things that we had forgotten to plan or think through, such as when do we want to have our first dance and parent dances, or how much to tip each vendor. Being able to rely on someone with industry knowledge alleviated a lot my stress. The detailed timeline she created was wonderful for our vendors and I didn't have to communicate with anyone. This allowed me to fully enjoy the day. Pauline and Priscilla's detailed work and smooth set-up ensured our reception space looked beautifully curated, with a perfect blend of DIY and venue-provided elements. “As an Entertainment Director/Event Manager myself, I’m blown away by Franklin. It was important for me to hire someone I could trust to handle the organization for my wedding day. Before the wedding day, I was so relieved when Franklin came over to pick up all the decor. He even stopped by on the morning of the wedding to check on us and pick up any last-minute items. This alone really touched me because many people don’t go that extra mile, but Franklin does! I was seriously stressing about how to get those items delivered, and Franklin came right along and eased all that stress! He took our ideas and exceeded our expectations. We are Funko Pop collectors, so we wanted a fun way to incorporate them into our wedding decor, and he did it with ease. He surprised us several times throughout the event, and those memories are some of my favorite moments. When he revealed the reception dining room, which he had decorated for us, I was filled with chills. I couldn’t believe he took my simple idea and made it look so GRAND; it was next level. Then we walked over to the cookie and cake table, where I was seriously at a loss for words. I was blown away by the details he displayed in his decorating. It seemed like a scene from a movie. Before walking down the aisle, we learned that one of our food caterers was extremely late delivering the food and potentially wasn’t going to deliver it at all. Franklin was calm but still urgent in his demeanor, and I totally appreciated his proactive professionalism. Moments like these can really test any event coordinator's patience and could cause a domino effect. I don’t know exactly what happened or what he did, but all the food was there and ready to be served when it was time to eat. Our guests LOVED our wedding. They all mentioned how different and elevated our wedding was, and I’m 100% sure that had a lot to do with Franklin’s hard work. We wanted something unique, and he delivered. Overall, I’m truly grateful to have met Franklin and want to also shine some light on his assistant, Will. Both of their A, fun, efficacious attitudes just make everything better. I was able to kick back and watch my wedding day unfold beautifully. For those who work in events/entertainment, you know how hard it is to go to any event and not feel like you’re working, especially your own event (lol). Franklin is a star, and I’m sure he’s going to go far in the event business. He understands the importance of an event and how each event is personally unique. Most importantly, he takes the time to know and understand his clients.”
