Terrain at Styer's, is located on the historic site of J. Franklin Styer's nursery, a Philadelphia landmark for over 100 years. With over five acres of everchanging blooms and greenery combined with a variety of historic spaces, the property serves as a stunning setting for celebrations of all kinds for up to 110 people. Chester County History Center is an exceptional and unique historic wedding venue located in the heart of downtown West Chester, PA. This beautiful historic building, offering many photo opportunities, was built for the YMCA in 1908, then purchased and renovated by CCHC in 1993. Your guests will also have access to the award winning museum's many galleries in Horticultural Hall, designed by Thomas Ustick Walter and built in 1849. This building has the distinction of housing the first Pennsylvania women's rights convention in 1852 among other influential historic events and performances by well-known 19th century entertainers.

You’ll want to plan hours before and after your event for setup/decorating and cleanup. You can choose to rent in smaller blocks of time using our Standard Package or take advantage of our Wedding Package: it provides access to the site across two days to allow for stress-free setup, deliveries, rehearsals, photographs, and event preparations, plus cleaning services and other special accommodations.
