I was reluctant to hire a wedding planner just to save the cost, but I have to say Megan was so worth the extra money, not just to give my wife peace of mind the event would run smoothly and on time, she was punctual when needed. On wedding day she was running around everywhere making sure that the venue was kept in order and the things. She gave a timeline down to every five minutes and pretty much kept to it, but was extremely flexible to change. As the groom, I had little to worry about to begin with haha, but I definitely saw the work that Megan put in. Of course it had to rain on the wedding day, but she had a full Contingency plan in place weeks before making it only a mild inconvenience. Her communication skills were immaculate. We video chatted with her several times, leading up to the event, making sure everything was in order. From the moment they got involved they handled everything and anything I needed- from coordinating with vendors, to jumping in with a concern I had about my hair and makeup team, attending my final walk through with me and calls with the band, creating my signage templates (customized to my venue), and so much more. But what really put them over the top for me was their performance on the wedding day. My venue has a ton of logistical limitations and they navigated them with ease. I also have to admit I totally doubted the timeline Maddy gave me was plausible - but it was followed to a T!! I didn’t have to worry about a thing, and all my belongings were even packed up at the end of the night. They executed everything to perfection. If you’re even considering a planner, they are worth every penny.”
