We are incredibly grateful to have worked with Niki and the team at NJ Event Collective for our wedding coordination. After interviewing several planners based on a recommendation from our photographer, Niki immediately stood out. She was approachable, professional, and brought a wealth of experience—particularly with weddings at the Desert Botanical Garden. Her deep familiarity with the venue, its layout, and staff gave us tremendous peace of mind from the very beginning. We chose NJ Event Collective’s “Day of Coordination” package, as I wanted to handle much of the event design and DIY elements myself. I’m incredibly thankful that Niki’s team was our coordinator as they were absolutely instrumental in making our day run smoothly and stress-free. Throughout the planning process, we primarily communicated with Jaime, Niki’s lead assistant, who was outstanding—organized, efficient, and always on top of every detail. She ensured that nothing fell through the cracks. Our in-person meetings were with Niki, who was always well-informed and seamlessly aligned with everything we had discussed with Jaime. Although Jaime was unable to be present on the wedding day due to maternity leave, the rest of the NJ team stepped in effortlessly. Their communication and coordination with the other vendors too were impeccable; we were only approached with two or three quick questions during the entire reception, which allowed us to fully enjoy the day without distraction. One of the standout tools they used was a shared drive, which housed our timeline, vendor details, setup instructions, and more. This centralized system made it incredibly easy to update and access information without relying on endless email threads. The greatest gift Niki and her team gave us was the ability to be fully present on our wedding day. We never had to worry about logistics, vendor coordination, or last-minute decisions—everything had been thoughtfully planned and executed. If you’re planning a wedding at the Desert Botanical Garden—or anywhere in the Phoenix area—I cannot recommend NJ Event Collective highly enough. Their professionalism, experience, and calming presence truly elevated our wedding experience.

Lauren (Lo) was amazing! She helped us design, plan, and coordinate our wedding. From the very beginning, Lo went the extra mile to help build our vision and make sure that every detail screamed us. She took the time to get to know us and our story. While designing, she sent us a complete design deck and even brought up ideas we had not yet seen at a wedding (ie. Baseball seating chart wall (my husband has played baseball all his life including college and now coaches)). She was able to guide us in making decisions and providing input, which came in handy as an indecisive, overthinking bride. If we were unsure of who to hire for a specific service, Lo provided us with different options that she thought would fit our style. Communication was on point. Lo took initiative to connect with all our vendors and worked hand in hand with our venue, making sure that they knew and understood everything going on. She was always available for us and very responsive. Our venue's communication with us was a little dicey at times, but Lo took the reins provided reassurance, stability, and support that made us feel cared for and like she had everything in control. The entire day ran smoothly. There was no issue or anything for us to worry about the entire time aside from spending time with each other and our friends and family. If I could give her more than 5 stars, I would. Our wedding would not have been as incredible without her. We were so grateful to have her there as our coordinator!

I cannot recommend Sage Stone more highly, you will be in such good hands with Codi and her team! We got married last weekend and I have been bragging about Codi to everyone nonstop!! Despite being my month of coordinator, Codi made time to meet with me while I was in Arizona 3 months before my wedding (since I was an out of state bride) to ensure that we could do our venue walk through together in person. Truly, going above and beyond what I expected! From the beginning she let me know she was there for me, even before coordination started. And when the month of coordination officially started, Codi took over all vendor contacts and created a detailed timeline for our wedding party of 18 family, which was realistic and made sure to cover all of the things I wanted to include in the big day. When I was unsure about when to change into my reception dress, Codi talked me through the different timelines and reaffirmed that the dress change would fit flawlessly into our day, which it did. Codi always made me feel assured that everything was taken care of and I kept telling her how I was not stressed during the planning process because I knew she had it! Outside of being the sweetest and most fun coordinator out there, Codi is detail oriented and quick to adjust when plans change. Our transportation was 45 minutes late but Codi was still able to get us back on schedule! It was wonderful to be able to trust in this team to get things back on track so I could just take in the day. I let Codi and Kristen, her assistant, have free reign on where most things went and I was so happy with their set up of our decor. Our reception space was exactly what I had envisioned. Also, Codi is a BLAST on the dance floor! When our cake got left at the venue, Codi personally delivered it to our airbnb the next morning so we can enjoy it while thinking back on the whirlwind day we just had. Hiring Codi and her team was the best decision I made and it allowed me to be fully present on my wedding day, which is exactly what my husband (!!!) and I had hoped. So a huge thank you Codi and Kristen for all your hard work to make our wedding day so special! I promise you will be so glad you picked Sage Stone as your wedding planning team!

Working with Soul Agave few exceeded all expectations I had for a wedding coordinator! While I already planned to someone for day of coordination, my mom was the one really pushing for one to ensure everything ran smoothly the day of. Dominique and her team went way above and beyond that! I met Dom at SoHo63’s open house and knew it was meant to be. Charming, humorous, smart and put together, I knew we would click! She set expectations with the package I selected (which was extremely reasonable and included more than competitors). She gave me a timeframe for when our appts would begin and what I could work on leading up to them. Her day of toolkit was a lifesaver!! She kept everything organized and had amazing recommendations for all my ideas. Nothing was left in the unknown so I never felt anxious. We booked Nichole for our day of coordinator. She is super sweet and goes above and beyond. She showed up before anyone else and made sure everything was set up just right. She checked on me and my bridal party throughout the morning and even reminded me to eat, which I was very grateful of. Then, because of limited budget, I only had the photographer for portraits, not the reception, so when my photography window ended, she even captured some special moments after the photographer left. Wedding Mode and the whole team helped with everything month of from big to small and caught little details I missed or adjusted things that weren’t going to work on the big day. With so much expertise, attention to detail and their clients wants needs I could not recommend the month of planning service more to help calm your nerves and have an alternative to full time planning. This service made our wedding run so smoothly and helped me enjoy every little bit of a perfect day that went by oh so fast!

We initially tried to hire another wedding planner, but she was already booked. However, that wedding planner recommended Tony…and it was truly the greatest thing we could have done for our wedding! Tony was inspiring, smart, whitty, imaginative and a great communicator. Tony was easy to get in touch with, willing to talk whenever needed, and became a little pit bull when we had a hard time with any other vendor. Tony looked over and checked every contract, recommended services and vetted others we liked; Tony didn’t pressure us to upgrade items or services, which took pressure off of us. Tony did try to keep our budget, and came up with alternative ideas to our vision when things got too pricey. We went through numerous ideas to get the outcome we desired! Tony ran the rehearsal, which was the equivalent of herding cats. I have to give big props for that! Then Tony’s with his assistant Arianna set the stage for a wonderful night and broke it all back down returning all the items we wanted to keep. If we were to do this again, we would absolutely hire Tony all over again, but I think we would have hired him prior to booking a venue. He was definitely worth the money and his weight in gold!

I can only imagine what our wedding day would have been like without Lisa. We probably would have been pulled left and right, stressed about what goes where, who is helping with what, freaking out about things we may have forgotten, coordinating with all the vendors, etc. I honestly don’t know how people do this without a wedding planner. Instead, Lisa and her team handled it all and we just got to enjoy our day from the moment we woke up to the end of the night. She will keep you in check to make sure everything is covered and thought out prior to the wedding day. She will coordinate with your vendors as needed. Our wedding was in Bisbee, Arizona so there are a lot of little things to think about getting everything we wanted to that location but Lisa helped us figure it out. Honestly, I could go on and on about all the little things Lisa did for us but to sum it up, trust her, trust the process and you will be set for the perfect day! I mean it when I say she was the best vendor I hired for my wedding, and I would make that same decision a hundred times over. I met Jaycie a few months into planning my wedding. I had most of my vendors already booked, but I knew I needed someone I could fully trust to bring everything together and run the day. What I didn’t realize is how much more I was getting when I hired her. Jaycie stepped in like a seasoned pro: communicating seamlessly with my vendors, handling every hiccup without ever bothering me, and always being a text away. I found out days after my wedding that a few vendors nearly didn’t show up, and some of my decor was completely unusable, but Jaycie handled it all. She literally went to the store and bought replacement pieces out of her own pocket just to make sure the space looked exactly like what I had envisioned. She managed a timeline that kept getting thrown off by long speeches, handled tricky personalities with grace, and somehow kept me blissfully unaware of all the chaos happening behind the scenes. That’s the magic of Jaycie — she does it all with a calm, confident energy that makes you feel like everything is handled (because it is).
