When we first started working with her, she took the time to get to know us as a couple which I appreciated SO much. It made it so we felt like we were having our photos taken by a friend not a stranger. Chloe is so professional and takes STUNNING photos. There is always an open line of communication with her. She will take the time before a photo session to understand your vision. She will make recommendations on the day of the shoot, so she is able to capture the best photos based on the lighting. Soon after the photoshoot, typically within a day or two, she will provide you with sneak peaks and then give you a timeframe on when to expect the full album. She always sticks to the timeframe she provides so you are never waiting longer than expected to get your photos back. If you ever want to make an adjustment to a photo that she provides in your album she will do so without any push back. In one of our wedding photos there was a person’s hand in the corner of a picture. When I asked if there was anything that could be done Chloe quickly edited the photo and removed the person’s hand.
