“Brian is one of the best wedding DJs in the business. In the past two years I’ve been to eight different weddings. Brian was the DJ for three of the eight, and the party/reception component of the events was never more fun than when Brian was driving the bus. He is an east coast DJ, but he spun tracks at both of my sister-in-laws’ weddings and as we were searching for a DJ for our own wedding we reached out just to see what he would charge for a wedding in Chicago. Turns out the price was right. Brian traveled to Chicago, MC’d our entire wedding, brought all of the equipment necessary and made our day exceptional in every way. I think there are a few things that really set Brian apart from other wedding DJs. Anyone can stand there and run through a playlist, but Brian went off book a few times to match and capture the energy of the guests. As we were in the midst of the planning process he added zero stress, and just calmly walked us through the process of selecting songs. He had suggestions and recommendations along the way. He even brought an extra speaker so that we could plug our digital piano in and the pianist would be able to play loudly enough. Overall, we can’t recommend Brian highly enough. You will not regret choosing him to DJ at your wedding, party, event. Whatever it is, Brian is a huge value add and a pleasure to work with.”

He met with us via phone call to learn about our wedding, and what we were looking for in terms of entertainment. Mark created an ICONIC set of music for the night and curated great music picks based on our wide array of music requests - our guests of all ages came up to us to say how amazing the music was, it seemed that everyone’s “favorite song” somehow played at one point or another. His mixing of music was impressive, and helped keep our request of high energy songs and dancing. Mark’s music kept the majority of our guests on the dance floor all night - the best thing we could have ever asked for!! Mark also worked with our officiant to add in some sound effects during our ceremony (cue: the Jaws music for a shark story in our relationship) which was a fun surprise for everyone! “My daughter recently got married in Newport, Rhode Island, on September 14th, 2024. She choose to have her reception in a tent on the lawn of the Eisenhower House. The venue was stunning and the woman at EH recommended Clockwork as we were looking for a local band with horns to play at the reception. We were not able to hear them in person, but all the video's posted online more than helped our decision making process and we quickly booked the band 20 months in advance, It was our second decision in the wedding process after the venue -with many, many more to come, but without a doubt - IT WAS THE BEST DECISION!!!! Booking was easy - we sent a check to reserve the date. the catalog of music they are capable of playing is extensive. But we had a tremendous comfort level with Clockwork New England as the contract states YOU GET THE EXACT MUSICIANS you see on all the website videos. There are no switches, or long lists of band members they slot in on any given day. Everyone we saw and loved are the people that showed up for our event. From start to finish - the band rocked the night away - the dance floor was never empty. They sang the bride and grooms song 'You are the Best Thing" and it was spectacular. And every song after that just got us up off our feet. The horns added so much - we keep hearing from friends asking us who they were, because they LOVED the music. The interactions with the crowd also made the night so memorable - and some of the best videos of the night. The band worked well together - and we just cannot say enough about how much they added to the party. Patrick joined a zoom call we had w our planner a week or so earlier than the event - and went over every detail - completely putting our minds at ease. 5 stars are NOT ENOUGH!! They truly made our event the best it could have possibly been! I want to do it again!”

“We had a package through bright set. We got beautiful live music for our ceremony with custom arranged songs that they did with no problem. They also did the audio for my ceremony and everything was clear and beautiful. We used dj harrison for our cocktail hour and reception. He was the best dj of any wedding I've ever been to!! He read the room played exactly what we wanted and kept people put on the dance floor the whole night. He listened to us made us feel heard and nailed every vibe we were going for from cocktail hour to reception. Cassandra was so responsive. We had some pretty major events happen that caused us to las minute pivot a bunch of songs dances and walk outs. Cassandra took care of all of it and we didn't have to worry about anything!! Cant recommend enough!!!”

He worked off this list but there were still a lot of songs I’d hoped to play that we didn’t hear, and also a handful I hadn’t asked for - but it is what it is. “We worked with Kevin Maldonado for our 11.17 ceremony and reception at the Granite Rose in Hampstead NH. Main Event was the recommended DJ service from our venue, and the matching process to put us with the rigth DJ was so easy. Once we met with Kevin, we had high hopes for our big day, and I am not exaggerating when I say that Kevin blew our hopes out of the water. Kevin helped with audio for our ceremony, before doing music and speeches at our cocktail hour and reception. We requested a high energy dancefloor, with classics from all decades to get everyone on their feet, and wanted to have an insane dance party with our friends and family. He killed it.
