“Having Steph & Mali coordinate my wedding allowed me to be present in every way possible. I can tell you every song that played and every single song I missed at my wedding. If I missed a song, it was because it was time to cut the cake or do the garter toss. In fact, the morning of my wedding, I was laying on the couch with my bridesmaids and a facemask until 10am. How many brides can say that? We hired Steph because I knew I couldn't do it all myself (wrangling together our Mexican and American families). She went out of her way to recommend our DJ and cake and absolutely knocked it out of the ballpark. She toured our venue and befriended all of the staff which made vendor coordination meetings go smooth. Although our venue came with a coordinator, I felt that I needed someone who knew what I wanted and would voice that to others. Steph was that mind reader. Steph and Mali are your people from the moment you wake up on your wedding day. We asked them to help with set up, timeline, and break down. I have no idea how they managed to set up our venue up to pure perfection and also make sure either Mali or Steph was with the bride/ groom at all times. At one point, Mali noticed we were struggling with our dog and offered to hold her leash while we finished up with family portraits. I can't tell you if anything went wrong because Steph just handled it. Day of, I was asked about 4 questions and if any changes needed to be made, Steph made sure I approved them, even if my mom said it was okay hahah. Steph is always prepared for worst case scenario. She helped me out with providing like 20 batteries for these inflatable sharks I was using on the dance floor. Which without the inflatable "Bad Bunny" sharks, my dance floor would not have been as awesome. She also offered me some liquid IV for when my legs started to cramp up from all the dancing I was doing. Day of coordinator is not enough of a title for what Steph does. She's so much more and I'll never be able to thank her enough.”

I was initially very nervous to hand over my wedding to her as I had spent SO many hours on all the details but I'm SO glad that I did. She executed it with such attention to detail. I mean she was even replacing candlesticks as they were burning out! It was so helpful having her there to navigate the ceremony rehearsal the prior day and then making a weather call the day of. My seating assignment were hand written cards that they had to so meticulously hang each card with lots of different adhesives. “Booking Cassie to be my wedding coordinator three months out to my wedding day was the best decision I made in the wedding planning process! I really thought I did not want or need a planner/coordinator, but having Cassie there really allowed me to enjoy my wedding. Cassie was diligent, organized, responsive, and patient. Cassie was so on top of every detail and knew all my vendors’ contracts inside and out! I had done lots of research online to make sure I knew every detail going into the wedding planning process, but there were some things I would not have known and Cassie was able to guide me through. For example, one of my vendors insisted an additional hour of rental time needed to be added to the wedding day (that would have cost me hundreds of dollars) and Cassie advocated for me, citing their contract, that it was not necessary. Cassie was also available to help make decisions regarding decor, helping me decide on pieces that best suited and enhanced the venue. I explained my vision of romantic candles everywhere throughout the event. Cassie and I worked together to shape where everything would go to create the seamless look. Cassie (and her assistant Cammie) made everything look stunning on the wedding day - and expertly packed up everything at the end of the night for us. I thought I could have my sister or family friend be in charge of so many of these tasks, but it was *so nice* delegating this out to a professional so that everyone could enjoy the day. She didn’t expect us to have every detail figured out and was incredibly welcoming from our very first conversation. I still wanted some independence when it came to design choices, and she was very respectful of that.
