The only downside was that they picked up rented items like the table runner and napkins before the night was over, which I didn't appreciate, though I understand they needed to collect plates and glassware. Despite this, Grace and Travis were a pleasure to work with and went above and beyond, even stepping in when one of our other vendors fell short on tables and linens. They provided amazing rentals and were able to quickly deliver extra tables and freshly ironed linens with less than 24 hours notice. Although there were a few minor hiccups on our wedding day that were out of their control, Grace and Travis provided an exceptional setup and coordination for our event.”

“When my husband and I started our journey to plan our wedding, I knew we were going to need some help. We are non traditional, with very eclectic tastes, and we were going to need someone special to help us pull off all of our insane ideas. I extensively researched over 20 coordinators, had a phones calls with 5 different companies, but ultimately I knew Ashley from Rose Event Co. was going to be the one. From the start she personable, intelligent, and made me feel understood in what our vision was for our special day. Throughout the process she was punctual with all of our appointments, gave helpful suggestions, and made me feel confident leaving my type A personality and needs in her hands. The weekend of the wedding came, and a lot of creative problem solving as well. We rented a private mansion for our event and did the rehearsal the day before. Ashley was there early, having already communicated with my other vendors and the venue to make sure we would be prepared for our big day. What we didn't expect was the kitchen under construction, furniture and decor that had not been moved at our previous requests(but promised), rooms that we had planned for, but could no longer use, and the Venue staff not "remembering" months worth of text and phone call conversations about our needs and expectations, as well as their promises and what they were supposed to deliver. There were other issues, but I digress. Ashley immediately stepped in with ideas and to be the go between with the Venue, and to help troubleshoot the long list of problems that had now come up. The night before was stressful for my Husband and I, not knowing if we were going pull this off, but I knew with Ashley, we were in good hands. The day of she brought her A game, a stunning red dress, and handled business. She was not afraid to get involved and make sure everything we wanted happened. She listened to our needs, knew when to step up or step down, was super flexible in our timeline and made sure to handle any issues that arose during the wedding. Her ability to read a situation and adapt to the issues at hand made her the perfect fit to our crazy ideas. She has incredible creative problem solving and is kind hearted and hard working. If it wasn't for Ashley, we could not have pulled off our day. I would recommend her 10x's over, to any bride that wants an absolute badass by their side. “Calmerin was the best investment we made for our wedding, hands down!!! Glennie and Ashton were incredible from the start to finish. We knew from the very first phone call that they were going to 100% on top of it, and we were right! The organization and detail of this team is top-notch. We hired them for Jade Package, which is similar to day-of-coordination (which is really more month-of), and was super important given our majority DIY wedding with 170 guests. Plus, Glennie and Ashton were such lovely, kind, and genuine people!! While the bulk of the details and communication was in the month leading up to our wedding, we had access to all of the planning docs as soon as we sent our deposit. The planning docs are AMAZING and so detailed, making us feel like we could transfer all of our knowledge/plans/thoughts to them. This was really important for us since we were doing the majority of the planning, and they executed phenomenally. We were also able to ask them for questions, such as a DJ recommendation. Glennie and Ashton were fantastic during the thorough venue walk-through, video calls, rehearsal with our wedding party, and on the day-of. We were able to drop off all of our wedding stuff (2 SUVs full) the morning of with set-up directions, and we showed up and it looked better than we had imagined/planned for! The tight set-up window from our venue was stressful, but Glennie and Ashton made sure everything was ready to go. They were so great at communicating with our vendors (we got many compliments!) They only texted us 1 small question the day-of, knowing that we were stressed and busy. They were AMAZING throughout the whole night, making sure we were on schedule and that we had everything we needed. We could go on and on about how amazing the team was and how happy we are that we worked with them. Best decision, book them before their calendars fill!”

“Jenell was so responsive and offered to keep in touch very frequently leading up to the wedding. She took on familiarizing herself with a venue she had not been to or coordinated before our big day. Our venue was unique in that we had to ride the tram at Paisades Tahoe to access the reception Terrace Room. This meant all of our decor, Flower Moxie florals, vendors, and guests had to get up the mountain at particular times. She managed it all fabulously. We can’t say enough great things about Jenell’s work and how she helped us pull off a lot of the DIY final touches. Our Tahoe wedding weekend was perfect.”

“Jaylynn is the most incredible wedding planner and person. Jaylynn truly is a professional, an artist, a visionary, and expert in all things wedding. She was truly the best decision that we made in the wedding planning. If you don't read any further than this, just know that you need to hire her for your wedding. In our early planning phases, we thought we could do it alone. But we quickly became stressed and overwhelmed with so many options and open questions. We interviewed Jaylynn and immediately fell in love with her warm and positive energy. It was an easy decision. Within a few months of working with Jaylynn, we found all of our amazing vendors. Our DJ, photo booth, hairstylist and baker came from Jaylynn. On our own, it would have taken months to find. With Jaylynn, it was a breeze. She introduced us to DJ Miss Haze, who is the most incredible DJ, and Nicole Bendig-Lamb, who made the most delicious cake. She also introduced us to Guiding Mountain Lion Dance, who gave us an unforgettable performance. These vendors were not only great at their craft, but also wonderful and kind people. Leading up to the wedding, Jaylynn resolved so many problems for us. The week of our wedding, a huge snow storm hit Colorado. She sprang into action, helping us to redo our timeline. We had to cancel our rehearsal dinner, so she helped us rehearse the day of the wedding, and got us into top shape in less than thirty minutes. We had an issue with a hairstylist, and she was able to talk to them and help us get a refund in less than 12 hours. The wedding day was perfect. Her team decorated the venue with so much eye for detail. She also designed our wedding website, signage, and much of our decor, and it was exactly what we wanted. The wedding day was perfectly smooth, despite the snow. It was such a joyful, perfect day. Many of my friends and family remarked on how incredible Jaylynn and her team were. The quality of their work and value was unmatched, as Lisa went above and beyond. She thought everything through and even when little things went wrong, she took care of them so quickly without worrying me or anyone else. For example, Lisa made sure to call all the vendors ahead of time to confirm, and turns out one vendor had the dates mixed up, but she got that figured out on the wedding day without even telling us so we wouldn't worry. She also had extra makeup on hand which was so helpful for touch-ups throughout the day. I think everyone needs to invest in a day-of coordinator, and Lisa was such a life-saver - I can't imagine how bumpy our day would have been if she wasn't there!”
