Choosing Stroudsmoor was the #1 best decision I could have made when it came to my wedding. It is the PERFECT place to get married. They have everything right there for you no matter which venue on their property you choose. We got married at The Pavillion because we wanted an outdoor ceremony with a “backyard/park” feel. From the moment I met my event planner, Danica, the planning went smoothly and every detail was covered. Grayson handled the flowers and decor beautifully. My bouquet came out better than I ever could have expected and the ceremony and reception decor was everything i was looking for. I came to them with a cake stand I had seen that I was going to rent myself but instead THEY HAD ONE MADE!! That’s just one example of many of how they go above and beyond to make your day a dream come true. From the ceremony to the reception things were seamless from a venue standpoint. Danica and Kailey planned my day with me and made sure my vision came to life. Checked in often and even made sure our fist look went smoothly while juggling another wedding. Maddy, Kim, Jenny, and Ally took it from immediately after the ceremony to the end of the night, never leaving me and my guests without whatever it was we needed. Jenny ensured I had a drink in my hand before I even thought to head to the bar for another starting with hitting the end of the aisle after the “I do”. My guests raved about she service and attentiveness of everyone and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to start my next chapter as wife! Stroudsmoor will take your vision and make it a reality!!

My fiancé and I were looking for a rustic wedding venue, not a ballroom, preferably a venue with space to be outside (weather permitting). We visited a few options in the Philly area and fell in love with the John James Audubon Center! The space offers SO many options for an outdoor or indoor ceremony. They host receptions in the pavilion which is open with huge windows and firepits outside! The site is beautiful, and everyone we’ve worked with has been immensely helpful! After officially booking for our October 2024 wedding, we planned to visit with our parents. What was originally intended to be a quick stroll around the grounds turned into an impromptu tour with the venue manage. She answered all of our parents' questions and even brought out photo books of previous weddings for us to flip through together. With the wedding right around the corner now, we could not be more thrilled with our decision and can't wait to be there next month to celebrate our big day!

They were so great to work with from start to finish! I knew I wanted a venue that wasn’t your traditional location and this was just that. The castle vibes were everything and so different for guests to experience! If you’re looking at 200 guests, Stokesay can accommodate so much more! We estimated 240, but ended up with 200 and the ballroom was so spacious, no one felt crowded. We had great feedback from our guests regarding the entire venue as a whole and food as well! Response times and communication were always great and everything we had asked for was translated perfectly for our day. They did a good job at taking notes on our file of things we wanted and were doing differently. Would definitely recommend!! My husband and I can’t wait to come back every once in a while to visit the pub and reminisce on our special day!

The dance floor is very big and our guests loved the outside patios. There’s so many great areas here for pictures. Dan, Kayla, and Brianna were great to work with. Choosing Vault 634 for my wedding was THE best decision we made. Eric, Jared and their team made our wedding stress free, seamless and elegant. There are so many positive aspects of this venue, I'm not sure where to even begin with this review. Food: five stars. From the appetizers, to dinner to deserts our guests raved about it all. Physical site: The Vault is a historic site that has had millions of dollars put in to its renovation. The sky light, the grand staircase and the chandeliers make it eloquent and beautiful. The downstairs bar captures the historic feel of the venue and another part of the wedding our guests absolutely loved. They only host one wedding per day so you have the entire venue for just you and your guests. They are also a one-stop-shop. Linens, chairs, centerpieces, table numbers can all be provided for you which is such a big time and money saver. Customer Service: Eric, Jared and their team are absolutely amazing. Jared answered every email, question and inquiry immediately and was beyond attentive to us. The planning process was simple and streamlined thanks to all his help along the way. The day of the wedding you will have not a single thing to worry about. Eric and Jared and their team will make sure everything runs exactly the way you want it to. Any small snafu or issue will be solved and you probably won't find out there was any issue until the next day. They also helped us with setting up our ceremony space and small touches we planned with decor so no day of coordinator is needed. There is not a single negative thing I can say about this venue and Eric & Jared and their team. You simply can not go wrong with having your Wedding at Vault 643

The entire grounds and Barns are gorgeous and well taken care of. Everything is so pretty that we didn't feel the need to do too many of our own decorations, which meant less work and cost for us. The communication throughout the process was easy and very responsive. In the last two weeks before the wedding, I needed help making some decisions and the venue coordinator listened, answered questions, and offered advice. The actual wedding weekend was just the best time. We had a spacious and comfortable area to spend the day with our bridal party and get ready on site. All of our guests commented on what a great place it was and how beautiful it turned out. The staff is just so friendly and checked on us throughout the night. First, I want to start off by saying I wrote this entire review and then accidentally deleted it - but I am re-writing the review because I loved the Booking House that much!!!!! My wife and I got married here almost three months ago and we had the most amazing experience. It was the very first wedding venue we toured and we were instantly in love: from the beautiful chandeliers, the large getting ready rooms for both wedding parties, the exposed brick, having the entire venue to yourself, etc - it was stunning and we knew we wanted to get married here! Our main point of contact was Brittany, who was amazing to work with. She was so responsive, had great ideas, and made the whole process so enjoyable and easy. She also provided a list of "suggested vendors" (we booked the majority of their suggested vendors with the exception of hair/makeup, florals, and photography), and their recommendations were 10/10. We also hired the Booking House's bartending team and Day of Coordinating team, which we definitely recommend. Our Day of Coordinator, Aalea, was the absolute best!!! She made sure our drinks were always full, she always had a smile on her face, she hustled around to make sure everything was perfect, packed up everything for us, etc - we literally did not worry about ONE SINGLE THING on our wedding day because we knew we had the best team on our side. Lastly, we had a longer engagement and we were booked at the Booking House for almost 2 years before our wedding. Throughout those 2 years, we went to their Open House and a “signature cocktail” event, which was SO helpful! Not sure if other venues have a “Signature cocktail” event also, but it helped make our day so special as we had unique cocktails on our bar menu. If you're thinking about having your wedding/special event here, pay your deposit and get to planning!!! You won't regret it.

My husband and I had our Christmas-themed wedding at the Eden on December 10th of 2021, and I can’t sing the praises of the wedding coordinators, concierges, catering and janitorial staff enough. From start to finish we felt genuinely cared for by everyone in the resort...and I know how often they host weddings, but each and every person on the Eden team accommodated us in such a joyful way; as if we were the only wedding in the building. And it felt like they were sincerely happy for us. Which made the day feel really, really special. Madeline and Felicia, our wedding/day-of coordinators, attended to every last detail of the day, making sure that absolutely nothing was missed. They were present, intentional, flexible, and at times even borderline protective of me and my family. And that’s anything a bride could ever ask for. I couldn’t be more grateful. As far as the planning process goes: as a project manager, I very much appreciated the explicit, direct nature of their policies and procedures. After offering me several tours of the venue (MOB was from out of town and MOG wanted to see it on separate occasions) and answering all of my many many questions via phone and email, we had several formal meetings to comb through all the details and make sure we were on the same page. Maddie was able to help me delegate and manage my expectations, especially when it came to who was responsible for what, and even then bent over backwards to help me and my bridal party with day-of tasks. Thanks again to everyone on The Eden Resort & Suites staff. You were such a crucial part of our big day and we appreciate your hard work!
