“We hired All A Events as our day of coordinator. My wife and I are so glad we did. Aleacia was easy to work with, and always had an open line of communication even if she wasn’t our complete wedding planner(we did most of the planning in advance, but agreed the day of was going to be hectic) as the groom, all I had to do was bring our decor and drinks. Then I was told to hang out in the groom suite. The bride arrived and all she had to focus on was getting ready. I kept asking Aleacia if I needed to do anything(I hate not being able to help lol) her and her crew told me no politely of course and told me “it’s your day to relax”. They decorated the venue beautifully and understood what we wanted. (We didn’t give them detail for detail cause we’re easy going) but I know All A events wouldn’t have any issues with more meticulous wedding decor. We had a smaller wedding and they made our 7 tables look like a large crowd from the sweetheart table. When we were doing our photography shoot, she made sure to bring us snacks and water from all the walking, and updated us about our catering be a bit late but on the way! Even offered to get more snacks from a grocery store nearby. Also Aleacia did all of this a month or so after having a baby! And she still kept that communication line open if we had any questions! She kept our timeline going in a timely manner(we had room for things be delayed or pushed forward) The end of the night her and crew cleaned up the venue in a timely manner. (We did a fake exit to help load our personal cars and pick up the suites) I would highly recommend them, they work quick and to the point, and offer any type of assistance in decor or rentals.”

“JayLynn was the absolute BEST day of coordinator we could have asked for on our big day! She was so so helpful! She came to our hotel room to pick up the decor and when she arrived the first thing she said was “do you need anything?! What can I do for you?”. She created the perfect timeline for the day and sent it out to all of our vendors so the day went smoothly. She took the extra flowers we had and I told her “do with these what you will” and she used them perfectly! We had a memorial chair for my husbands parents who had passed and she put the flowers there as well as on our cake! I was so impressed with how she used the flowers. The venue was set up exactly how I wanted and it was even more stunning than I expected. JayLynn was on time to pick up the decor and I never once had to stress about her or the set up. I truly did not have to stress at all on our big day and it meant the world to me. All night JayLynn was helping me with either carrying my train, helping me in the bathroom when needed, and even coming up and asking if there was anything I needed. She helped my maid of honor bustle my dress and change my shoes for the reception. At the end of the night JayLynn brought all of our decor back to the hotel for us!! She ended up staying in the same hotel and I’m so so glad she did because I’m sure she had a super busy day and we didn’t want her to drive home from Frisco at midnight. JayLynn was such a sweetheart and made everything run so smoothly. There was not a second in our day that wasn’t smooth and that is because of HER!! “I have so many wonderful things to say about Ash and Mukul at Cherry Bird events. They helped me plan a party for my sister's 30th birthday and worked closely and diligently with us throughout the entire process. From finding a venue to coming up with logistics for the day of, working with the DJ and venue teams to get a projector and photo wall. Even small things like helping put together centerpieces, Ash and Mukul did it all. And they did a phenomenal job of helping us put together a party that was not only gorgeous, but within our budget. The Cherry Bird team was just such a pleasure to work with. They were incredibly patient with us throughout the process, and on the day of, were so on top of things! By the time I would realize I wanted or needed something, I saw that Ash and Mukul had already taken care of it! Having them oversee this event was such a blessing. The process was seamless, well thought out, and both Ash and Mukul have such a calming presence that we would also start to calm down. I can’t praise this team enough and am so grateful to have had them run the show. And I know without a doubt that every party I have going forward will be organized by Cherry Bird events.”

“Still OBSESSED over our wedding day and one of the biggest reasons? Babes, Bubbles & Boards. They absolutely nailed our vision. From the very first sip to the final bite, it was pure magic. Let’s start with the mobile “Babe Bar”, not only was it a total vibe (picture-perfect and SO fun), but the cocktails were next level. Their signature Blushing Bride was an instant crowd favorite. A stunning twist on a classic mule that had everyone coming back for several more. Guests are still talking about it. And the bartenders? Chic, professional, and made the entire experience so fun. Champagne pass was seamless. Now the catering, Jaw Dropping. Our grazing table looked like a work of art overflowing with fresh ingredients, delicious charcuterie meats and cheeses. Everything tasted as good as it looked. Every detail was intentional. Every bite was unforgettable. And don’t even get me started on the biscoff goat cheese cake bites. I’m not kidding when I say they were to die for. People are still asking for the recipe. We also had passed apps during cocktail hour and it was such a luxe touch. Elegant, effortless, and honestly something you’d expect at a high end Napa vineyard wedding but this was on our family ranch. How fun and how memorable. If you’re planning an event, book them now. They were the best decision we made and made everything feel easy, beautiful, and ridiculously delicious. Obsessed is an understatement. Melisa and her team really made our day special and went above and beyond our expectations for a vendor.”
