The KnightCo. Events team was absolutely incredible from the beginning to the end. My venue required us to have a coordinator, but I was really skeptical about whether I needed one. Now that I've gone through the entire process, I can confidently say yes, you do need one, and yes, it should be KnightCo. Events! Chynna was always available to answer my questions in the months leading up to my destination wedding. She was actively engaged in every meeting with our venue, even the early morning ones with a 3 hour time difference. Once the package officially kicked in 6 weeks out, KCE took over all of the communication with vendors, which allowed me to take a break from the planning. It was hard for me to give up control, but it was ultimately worth it, especially as we got closer to the wedding day. When one of our vendors was 2 hours late on the day of the wedding, Chynna stepped in and was able to clear everything up within minutes of me notifying her. Chynna felt like another one of my best friends on the wedding day—there to offer me lipstick, a makeup pad, stain remover... she had literally anything I could need and offered it before I even knew that I needed it! Everything stayed on schedule and she checked in with us often but discreetly to make sure we had everything we needed. And the next day as we were already buzzing with excitement, she surprised us with a behind the scenes gallery of photos and videos that allowed us to relive our perfect day. I can't say enough great things about this team. Absolutely no regrets about booking with KnightCo. Events!

Sabrina and Chelsea were a pleasure to work with since our very first call! After our intro call where we described our dream wedding, they gave us a list of recommended venues that was an immense help in our venue search. This was before we signed with them which I thought was very kind for them to do! They were very positive, friendly and patient with our many questions. We ended up doing the wedding management and tabletop design package. We worked closely with Sabrina throughout the planning and she is amazing! Always calm and reassuring that we were on track with planning. The team is super organized and also gave us planning tools like a checklist and budget tracker. Communication was always easy and I asked for monthly calls which helped a lot. The design process was fun and Sabrina was able to create our design plan based on our Pinterest board, as well as recommend vendors that fit our aesthetic. She even helped make our table signage! The day of went perfectly as planned and was absolutely beautiful! We were able to just show up without a worry! Our bridal party was also able to just enjoy the day since Lucky Day was handling everything. Sabrina and her assistant checked in with us throughout the wedding day and helped with my dress, shoes, and even had to go on the beach with us for photos. They set up all our extra decor and neatly packed everything at the end of the night so we didn’t forget anything. We had last minute changes to our schedule the week of and Sabrina was able to manage all our requests. We had our dream wedding come true and would highly recommend Lucky Day!

I cannot say thank you enough to Steph! She was absolutely amazing. She was so committed to learning what aspects of the wedding were most important to us and making sure they happened on the day of. For example, we were getting caught up in the dancing and were going to skip the cake cutting. She didn’t push, she just asked, “Are you sure? You told me that this was something that was important to you, so I just want to check”. And I’m so thankful she did that, because it’s one of my favorite wedding moments! She was so organized and wrote out every detail we discussed. She went out of her way to suggest some vendors we were struggling to book last minute, and the list goes on. I cannot recommend Steph enough. She is wonderful and sweet and kind and I cannot believe I found her! We could not have done it without her.

Hive and co I don’t know where to begin telling how amazing they are!! They are effortlessly efficient and professional. Always patient and knowledgeable. If my daughter knew what she wanted it was done. If she needed advice or help, it was done. The flowers were beautiful and the family pictures were organized and went quickly so we could mingle with guests. There were hiccups but you would never know it because they are excellent problem solvers. I highly and whole- heartedly recommend this lovely company.
