The Fishing Creek supports native trout and other rare small fishes. The waterfall is adjacent to the buildings. There is a hiking trail within the property. There is wetland and much more. The Manor at Mountain View was the perfect find for the owners. The rustic feel with modern-day conveniences was a must. But, what was also a must was to have a venue that the word beautiful could not even describe it but, yet to keep it affordable so that so many people could come and enjoy this spectacular piece of property. The Tavern (Groom's Tavern) has its original barn beams as this was at one time a bank barn. The rustic charm matches the rod iron chandeliers in the room leading to the tavern. In 2007 the former owners built an addition to the facility that speaks volumes, equipped with windows throughout to show off the amazing view... It really is breathtaking. Today the owners have renovated all the rooms in the building but, kept the rustic charm. It brings the family great joy to see so many people happy when they visit the property and to be able to share so many events with the individuals that rent the property is a joy that is indescribable.

​Having an intimate small celebration doesn't mean you can't have your dream wedding celebration. Our venue caters to the small micro weddings of 50 or less guests. It's our focus! Over the years we have created some truly memorable micro wedding events that are not easily forgotten. It's All in the Details The Wedding & Reception package includes the setup for the Wedding, Bridal Suite rental, tent rental (heating NOT included), cocktail hour, the reception setup. Not only includes the set-up it also includes the tear-down and cleanup.
