“Going into wedding planning my only experience with florals was my weekly purchase of a 3.99 mixed bouquet from Trader Joe’s. We only met with Miranda twice before our wedding, and yet she was the vendor who we knew got our vision, respected us, and would give it her all, and W O W, she delivered!! (Not to exclude she also has awesome referrals, and she’s the reason we found our wedding photographer, and our floral preserver!) I knew going into wedding planning that the beautiful staircases covered in roses would be out of budget, so when I inquired I gave her our budget not knowing what that would get us. At the initial consultation we went over florals I had sent her from Pinterest, and we talked through what I liked about each arrangement, what I didn’t like, and then she walked me through what certain flowers would date our wedding etc. Miranda also went through the types of arrangements we could have at our wedding that would work within with our budget, gave us an idea of how they would look on our wedding day, and then afterwards sent over a vision board, and again, W O W. My husband and I were blown away at how she brought our wedding vision to life! On our wedding day Miranda showed up in full confidence, gave us a sweet card that we later learned had the info of the farms where our flowers came from, and then she created art. We were absolutely blown away at watching her arrange our alter centerpieces, at how beautiful my bouquet was, and just how fast she made the arrangements! We really appreciated how tidy she was, her energy, and all of our guests complimented our florals too! My only regret was not taking any of our arrangements home (we have a cat who would’ve eaten them) but I am so glad that I chose to get my bouquet preserved! We love you Miranda!”

Lexi was incredibly patient with both my mom and me as we tried to align on our visions (and budgets). She absolutely knocked it out of the park and is worth her weight in gold. YPB has phenomenal relationships with nearly every vendor in town, which cuts down on your research time and ensures you get the right people in place. Planning an ethnic wedding in Oregon is surprisingly difficult, but YPB made it their mission to ensure I got the wedding I had always dreamed of—and they did not disappoint. My wedding was an incredible event, and it wouldn't have been possible without Lexi's expert management. One piece of advice to anyone planning a wedding: If you can, spring for the highest planning package. Having someone help with setup and takedown specifically allows you and your family to focus on enjoying the festivities. I upgraded my planning package three months before the wedding because fielding all the questions from my family and vendors became overwhelming. Lexi had the capacity to take on the extra work, and it was the best decision I made throughout the entire planning process.”

“The Evergreen was the perfect venue for our wedding. We were pretty much set on this venue from the first visit even though we had imagined we would want an outdoor venue. They were the very first venue we toured and ended up being the measuring stick to which we compared every venue to. Mack and Ginger were caring, communicative, thoughtful, and fun to work with every step of the way. The venue was a beautiful, blank canvas with lots of great natural lighting - stunning on its own, and made for the perfect backdrop for our decor. I can't imagine our wedding without Mack coordinating - it was clear she cared deeply about making our day special and fun and it never felt like this was just another wedding she was working. Shout out to the bar staff for absolutely nailing our speciality cocktail which was a lychee margarita (I’m gonna need that recipe lol). I will forever recommend this venue to couples. THANK YOU!!!!”

“After we secured our venue, Bliss Bar was the first vendor I booked. Being in the wedding industry myself, I was very picky on who I hired (I wanted the best of the best). I knew I wanted - no, needed- Bliss Bar at my wedding! From the beginning, working with Myrhiah was more than I ever expected. She was so kind and set up fun tastings for us to pick some signature drinks for our day. She made the wedding planning process fun and I felt celebrated, which made me feel really special as a bride and a client. During our wedding weekend (because I hired Bliss Bar for my wedding day AND our post wedding day brunch), Myrhiah and Kyle were early to set up, came prepared with everything, and gave amazing customer service. I honestly didn't have to worry about the bar at all during my wedding day. I trusted her and her bartenders to set everything up perfectly, and that they would take care of my guests. Everyone, and I mean everyone, came up to me at some point during my wedding weekend and commented on the bar. She's a whole vibe! Which is why I wanted her at my event. Bliss Bar took my wedding and made it feel fun, cool, unique, and exciting. Everyone loved it. Pro tip: book the satellite bar. It was super nice to never see a line at the bar, and for guests to have a little bar closer to the dance floor to refill. Oh my gosh, I almost forgot: Myrhiah even supplied a lounge area for us! “We originally booked with Robert for a wedding, and were so blown away with his work that we have continued to book him every year for our family photos – 7 years now! He is truly an artist and he captures not only the moment, but somehow portrays the personalities and spirits of his subjects. Photography for the wedding – just WOW. My husband I hired Modern Art Photograph as our wedding gift to my sister and the photographs were the favorite part of the bride and groom's day! The wedding was on the McKenzie River near Eugene at a rented house – Robert went a couple weeks ahead and scouted the area for good locations and had it mapped out for them on the day of the wedding. He took them on a tour through the area before the ceremony, guiding while letting them make the decisions. The pictures were absolutely STUNNING and the couple came back all grins from the 2 hours spent taking the pictures. Pictures during ceremony and reception were just as amazing and Robert also took photos for my pregnancy announcement and for a groomsmen and his fiancé. The next year we booked with Robert for autumn family photos and since then have done shoots all over Portland and even down to the coast twice. He captures my children in a way that I have never been able to on camera. Personally, I am not photogenic and have never loved any photos of myself - except when Robert is behind the camera. The pricing is incredibly reasonable, and for the cost of the shoot you get ALL the pictures in high def. It’s hundreds of photos each year and the hardest part is picking my favorite. He's always offered to re-shoot the entire thing if we don't like it, but we have always been more than happy with the results. He is very responsive with communication and coordination. And he’s amenable to whatever our needs are prior to and during the shoots (including crabby kids, anxious mom, or whatever!). I just cannot express how highly we recommend him!”
