“I honestly thought the vision of an outdoor winter wedding was going to continue to just be a dream. So many people told us we were crazy and “good luck” because why on earth would we get married outside in the cold. It wasn’t until I brought this idea up to the Holly vault, and they immediately said “let’s do it!” The staff at this venue were out there until minutes before the ceremony blowing off snow from the chairs, putting salt down, and cranking the heat lamps. Over the course of the experience, we were able to develop a real friendship with her because she is that good of a person. The day of the event, Katy was locked in and on top of everything. Prior to our weekend, she had done an amazing job of giving us prep sheets and coordinating as much detail as possible so the big day could just glide. Katy and her second shooter Jen (who was amazing, too!) were professional, fun and didn't miss a moment of the day. Everything from planned photos to impromptu shots felt fun and natural. Getting back the album completely blew past our expectations. Every photo captured exactly what we had discussed with her. So many photographs left us speechless. Katy should be at the top of your list if you want great photos full of love, care, and magic. She is down to earth and was the only photographer we spoke to that didn't make us feel like we were just another gig for them.”

“I was about 4 months out from my wedding date when I came to terms that I needed help - as any bride who thought they could do it all on their own lol. I was struggling finding my last two vendors - draping & aisle runner. I knew on the day of the wedding I simply just could not be everywhere at once and needed extra hands. Luckily I came across Monica on Zola and thank God I did. I mainly reached out to her to assist with the rehearsal and day of coordinating but she went above and beyond that. In addition to helping secure my last two vendors, Monica made sure I stayed on top of everything and gave suggestions on things I didn’t even think of in regard to smaller details and flow of events. She was readily available if ever I needed her opinion or guidance on anything…. Or if I needed to just vent and rant lol. I literally did not have to worry about a thing the day of the wedding because of Monica and her assistant. They executed everything to a tee.
