The KnightCo. Events team was absolutely incredible from the beginning to the end. My venue required us to have a coordinator, but I was really skeptical about whether I needed one. Now that I've gone through the entire process, I can confidently say yes, you do need one, and yes, it should be KnightCo. Events! Chynna was always available to answer my questions in the months leading up to my destination wedding. She was actively engaged in every meeting with our venue, even the early morning ones with a 3 hour time difference. Once the package officially kicked in 6 weeks out, KCE took over all of the communication with vendors, which allowed me to take a break from the planning. It was hard for me to give up control, but it was ultimately worth it, especially as we got closer to the wedding day. When one of our vendors was 2 hours late on the day of the wedding, Chynna stepped in and was able to clear everything up within minutes of me notifying her. Chynna felt like another one of my best friends on the wedding day—there to offer me lipstick, a makeup pad, stain remover... she had literally anything I could need and offered it before I even knew that I needed it! Everything stayed on schedule and she checked in with us often but discreetly to make sure we had everything we needed. And the next day as we were already buzzing with excitement, she surprised us with a behind the scenes gallery of photos and videos that allowed us to relive our perfect day. I can't say enough great things about this team. Absolutely no regrets about booking with KnightCo. Events!

We loved her up-beat personality and can-do attitude! We found her around 30 days before the day of, and she reassured me (I might of had a slight breakdown) that is was normal and completely fine. We had an unfortunate bump in the road when the venue let go of the manager we were working with, but Steph took charge and contacted our other vendors to ensure the day went off without a hitch, and she delivered! My love for wedding planning began through my love of reading. In middle school, I read a book whose main characters were wedding planners and from then on I was in love with the idea of planning weddings for a living. My dream became a reality in 2020 when I finally went off on my own and created Livvy Marie Weddings. With over 10+ years of experience in the field and education from UCF and Rosen Hospitality Management, and now my own business, I have had the honor of helping numerous couples plan and live the wedding of their dreams. Working with Rare Bird Collective, and specifically Andrea, was a wonderful experience. Their communication style was great - they were very organized in keeping us on track throughout the planning process. The quality of their work and the value they provided was exceptional. They were incredibly organized, calming, and a true delight to work with. Despite another vendor being late, Andrea was able to keep everyone organized and everything running on time, all while keeping me, the bride, calm and delighted.
