As a control freak, letting go of all the little details on the day of was so hard to do, but I put our trust in her and she did not disappoint! We had an initial call when I was inquiring (over a year ahead of the wedding), then we had a venue walkthrough close to the wedding date where she took notes and asked questions, had a final call just before to go over any final details, and took my decor photos/notes to ease my mind on how I wanted things to look. The day of, she handled everything and didn’t need me for a thing - coordinated the vendors, set up the decor, and was our main point of contact for everything, broke down everything at the end. We also rented a few items from her that had to be hauled down to the venue. Everything was perfect. I cried when I saw my vision come to life. If you’re on the fence about hiring a Day Of Coordinator, do it! Hire Taylor. She’ll take those tasks off your plate so you can actually enjoy your day. As we got closer to the wedding, and things inevitably became more hectic, vendors would email us questions and before I could even think of a response, Renee had already replied and had the situation handled. I can’t tell you the amount of ease and stress relief Renee brought us. The weekend of the wedding, my husband and I didn’t have to worry about a thing. Her team was quick and efficient and got things done. Our ceremony and reception set up was done exactly the way we had described and even exceeded expectations when we told her to use her creative liberties! I am the type to stress about details and worry about things running smoothly, but on our wedding day, I didn’t think twice about anything but enjoying the day. We knew Renee had it handled. If I thought of something last minute to bring up to Renee she would immediately say with ease, “we have it handled, don’t worry about a thing!!” I can’t emphasize how much that meant to us. My biggest advice to anyone planning a wedding would be to book a wedding planner and to get RENEE!!!! We will forever look back on our wedding knowing we, and everyone at our wedding, fully enjoyed every second and were not swept up in day-of tasks and duties. No one was stressed or worried about getting something done. People got to relax, party, and just enjoy themselves, because Renee had it handled.”
