“Having Steph & Mali coordinate my wedding allowed me to be present in every way possible. I can tell you every song that played and every single song I missed at my wedding. If I missed a song, it was because it was time to cut the cake or do the garter toss. In fact, the morning of my wedding, I was laying on the couch with my bridesmaids and a facemask until 10am. How many brides can say that? We hired Steph because I knew I couldn't do it all myself (wrangling together our Mexican and American families). She went out of her way to recommend our DJ and cake and absolutely knocked it out of the ballpark. She toured our venue and befriended all of the staff which made vendor coordination meetings go smooth. Although our venue came with a coordinator, I felt that I needed someone who knew what I wanted and would voice that to others. Steph was that mind reader. Steph and Mali are your people from the moment you wake up on your wedding day. We asked them to help with set up, timeline, and break down. I have no idea how they managed to set up our venue up to pure perfection and also make sure either Mali or Steph was with the bride/ groom at all times. At one point, Mali noticed we were struggling with our dog and offered to hold her leash while we finished up with family portraits. I can't tell you if anything went wrong because Steph just handled it. Day of, I was asked about 4 questions and if any changes needed to be made, Steph made sure I approved them, even if my mom said it was okay hahah. Steph is always prepared for worst case scenario. She helped me out with providing like 20 batteries for these inflatable sharks I was using on the dance floor. Which without the inflatable "Bad Bunny" sharks, my dance floor would not have been as awesome. She also offered me some liquid IV for when my legs started to cramp up from all the dancing I was doing. Day of coordinator is not enough of a title for what Steph does. She's so much more and I'll never be able to thank her enough.”

“As someone who had an unfortunate experience with a wedding planner scamming me (aka I paid her a deposit and she ghosted me), believe me when I say Breanna is the real deal. I signed her for partial planning services and she did not disappoint. For context, I had no idea what I was doing. I had never attended a wedding and my parents are immigrants who didn’t have the whole American wedding experience, so they had even less of a clue of how it works. I knew I’d miss crucial details and needed someone along the way as I was planning all by myself. Breanna came up with timelines, emailed vendors for me, checked in frequently, and gave me solid guidance whenever I needed advice. I think where she really shined was the day of. So if you’re considering it, at the very least sign her to be your day-of coordinator. I’m an extremely organized person, but on the wedding day I didn’t want to be running around. She was extremely professional and responsible throughout the whole day. Breanna was always one step ahead. I arrived at the church, she was already there waiting having organized the wedding party to walk down the aisle. Bus pulled up at the venue, Breanna was already there clipboard in hand. Reception started, Breanna was already next to me asking about my thoughts on the food and how things were going. Another thing — before I said it, she already did it. For example, I was worried my welcome sign didn’t get set up so I asked her. She pointed at the sign. She had already set it up. I was worried about vendors knowing about a change of location. Breanna had already updated every single one of them via email days ago. I was worried about whether I signed the right vendors. Breanna vetted every single one. And they all nailed it on the day of. “I thought I (ALL CAPS THERE!) was a perfectionist until I met Allie LeBon. If you're thinking "is this worth it?" or "do I really need a planner?" or even, "I can do this all myself." ...you maaaybe can, but if you want your day to be utterly spectacular - hire Allie. I can't stress enough the importance of hiring someone like her. Our entire day was magic because of her and her CityLux team. We started out our journey with a clear goal, but it all felt a bit daunting. Allie was with us from start to finish (top to bottom planning and day-of!) and made every step along the way incredible. She was prompt, professional, honest, and kind. It's hard to find vendors that are as "on their game." There were times that we were completely at a loss for what was next and she always communicated with clarity so we felt comfortable and prepared to make decisions. There were sooooo many details only she could have thought of. Just when you think you have it figured out, there are 3 more things Allie was thinking of. I constantly said, "oh wow.. I didnt even think of that." Like coordinating bus routes and timing that out... no thank you! We felt like it was all under control because of her meticulous documentation, flawless communication with our other vendors, and emergency plans she put in motion behind the scenes. MOST importantly, she makes sure you can focus on your day and nothing else. From the napkins, to the placecards, to our grass wall, to our place settings, to the drink signs, and everything else in between, it was all so complete and I wouldn't have changed a thing. Not to mention, she professionally vetoed some of our ideas, and finding someone who knows what's realistic and what's not is hard to find. I've recommended her to ALL my friends and every time I get rave reviews. Don't go it alone throughout this process. Go with Allie and go with CityLux! PS: The picture you see with our reaction was exactly the moment we saw our vision come to life at the reception. Speechless.”

“Initially I intended to plan all of my wedding on my own - and in many ways I did. We were married at the Customs House in Portland, a venue that is a blankslate venue. As I neared the day however, I began to worry that there were aspects of the planning that I overlooked. I hired The Cosmos at their Month-of package level taking all of that worry out of the process. They took care of all of the things I did miss - called out that there was no plan for trash receptacles, revised the number of glasses rented, added bathroom attendants, adjusted the number of staff etc, but an unexpected element (and maybe the most important) is that they helped me to manage difficult family members.
