I’m a person that struggles with anxiety, I feel overwhelmed, I overthink and worry about everything and I was convinced I would be beside myself with stress and anxiety on my wedding day but I was completely fine.. I was calm and was able to enjoy my preparation, spending time with my girls and just relax. That is 1000% thanks to Kaileigh. I knew everything was being handled and I trusted her judgement, abilities and knowledge and that it was going to be amazing… and I was right! Walking into this beautiful venue with all of our visions that came to life right in front of me took my breath away. It was GORGEOUS!! Throughout the night, Kaileigh continued to keep everything running smoothly. I needed her quite a few times for different things and she was never far and always ready for whatever it was. She even helped me out of my wedding dress and into a reception dress in tiny stall with barely enough room for one person, let alone two… which tells you the level of comfort one builds with a person like Kaileigh. It was like my sister or my best friend helping me out. She was everywhere all at once and never broke a sweat. We’ve gotten nothing but absolutely raving compliments on her from our friends and family that attended. “My husband and I hired Madison as our day of coordinator. We did not hire a florist and ended up doing a lot of DIY projects for our wedding decor. We really wanted a professional to help us with setup and take-down of decor on the wedding day, so as not to burden our family/friends and take them away from the event to help. Madison was so friendly in the months leading up to the wedding and offered us lots of helpful advice on things we didn't even think to prepare for, like arranging seating charts and timing of processional songs. Our original venue coordinator ended up having to move away just a couple weeks before our wedding day, and Madison took the lead in syncing with the new venue coordinator on all the things we'd talked about. This really helped us out and took a load off our plate in those last few weeks before the wedding! The day of, she came early to the venue and, like a fairy godmother, had incorporated all of our decorations beautifully before we even arrived, so we were able to take lots of photos beforehand! Throughout the event, she cleverly found ways to repurpose some of our decor items to give them a second life, like setting reception flower arrangements along the room's bookshelves to dress them up for the ceremony, making a beautiful display with our ceremony roses and boutonnieres on our memory table, and using me and my bridesmaids' bouquets to create a beautiful sweetheart table arrangement! We were so incredibly thrilled with how well Madison and her team were able to follow our vision and exceed our expectations. A final sweet memory I have from near the end of the night - my hair was getting very tangled with my dress buttons on my back from dancing, and I was overheating and sweaty. Madison and her team arranged my hair into a beautiful low bun style so I could go back and have fun dancing again without worrying about it tangling further or looking bad. :) I'm so thankful we hired Madison as our day of coordinator, and we can't recommend her enough!!”

“Initially I intended to plan all of my wedding on my own - and in many ways I did. We were married at the Customs House in Portland, a venue that is a blankslate venue. As I neared the day however, I began to worry that there were aspects of the planning that I overlooked. I hired The Cosmos at their Month-of package level taking all of that worry out of the process. They took care of all of the things I did miss - called out that there was no plan for trash receptacles, revised the number of glasses rented, added bathroom attendants, adjusted the number of staff etc, but an unexpected element (and maybe the most important) is that they helped me to manage difficult family members.
