I can honestly say that Ali was our wedding-planning superhero! When we first started planning our wedding, I wasn’t even considering hiring a wedding planner since our venue came with a coordinator. However, looking back now, I truly have no idea how we would have pulled off our wedding without Ali. She was absolutely indispensable! I did most of the vendor research and design planning on my own, and while that was manageable, Ali’s services took the entire experience to the next level. She was a lifesaver when it came to the logistics. She kept me organized, helped me stay on track, and made sure I was realistic about what could be done within my vision and budget. Even when the process got overwhelming, Ali was there, ensuring I didn’t get lost in the details or stray too far from my goals. On the wedding day itself, Ali truly shined. From what I was told, there were a few hiccups throughout the day (which is inevitable with any event of this scale), but I never had to worry about a thing. We had an absolutely fantastic experience working with Amy to plan and coordinate our wedding. Our goal was to make our guests feel taken care of. Good food, good drink, good company; bringing the most important people in our lives together to celebrate our relationship and really understand us as a couple. That’s a big ask for a wedding. We trusted Amy to help us get the job done and she absolutely delivered. We booked her partial planning option. Our initial meetings with her, and all of the advice and tools she provided helped us navigate the process very cleanly. We always felt like we could reliably get our questions answered. More important though, she helped us understand what questions we should be asking in the first place, what was important, what was a priority, and what wasn’t. From there, meeting with her virtually and in person at our venue she was ON IT. She was a sponge for information: soaking up every idea, question, or anxiety, and addressing each with her deep experience and expertise. We went into our day confident in the plan we put together, and with an understanding of how things were being executed. That understanding did not prepare us for how blown away we would be by the quality of the job she and her team did on the day and in the lead up to it. Everything with our vendors was perfectly coordinated. Everything with the venue totally taken care of. We were providing a lot of the decor ourselves and her team picked up on and understood exactly what we were going for and assembled everything just as we planned it without any additional communication. They also seamlessly smoothed out and filled in any rough edges in our overall plan for the day, with little details we hadn’t considered identified and taken care of in thoughtful ways. If any small issues or problems popped up they were immediately handled with professionalism and grace. On top of that, Amy went above and beyond to make us and our guests feel special. She knew what was important to us, and made sure it happened. She was always there, but never in the way. A true professional. The day itself went off without a hitch and was better than we had even hoped. We knew this day would be special, but we didn’t realize just how special it would be for us, thanks to Amy and her team. And as fantastic as the process was, the end result was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience, not only for us but for our guests as well.

We booked Teyanna in 2022 for our August 2024 wedding and did not regret it one bit. It was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Morgan is the only event planner you should consider hiring. You know how everyone tells you to expect at least one thing to go unplanned or wrong at your wedding? This is simply not the case when Morgan is in charge. Not a single thing went wrong at our wedding. The timeline Morgan created was so seamless that we did not get pushed back nor did we lose out on any reception time. During the planning process, she was responsive, clear and professional. I am very indecisive and always needed reassurance or an alternate suggestion for my details and Morgan was always there for me. Calmerin was the best investment we made for our wedding, hands down!!! Glennie and Ashton were incredible from the start to finish. We knew from the very first phone call that they were going to 100% on top of it, and we were right! The organization and detail of this team is top-notch. We hired them for Jade Package, which is similar to day-of-coordination (which is really more month-of), and was super important given our majority DIY wedding with 170 guests. Plus, Glennie and Ashton were such lovely, kind, and genuine people!! While the bulk of the details and communication was in the month leading up to our wedding, we had access to all of the planning docs as soon as we sent our deposit. The planning docs are AMAZING and so detailed, making us feel like we could transfer all of our knowledge/plans/thoughts to them. This was really important for us since we were doing the majority of the planning, and they executed phenomenally. We were also able to ask them for questions, such as a DJ recommendation. Glennie and Ashton were fantastic during the thorough venue walk-through, video calls, rehearsal with our wedding party, and on the day-of. We were able to drop off all of our wedding stuff (2 SUVs full) the morning of with set-up directions, and we showed up and it looked better than we had imagined/planned for! The tight set-up window from our venue was stressful, but Glennie and Ashton made sure everything was ready to go. They were so great at communicating with our vendors (we got many compliments!) They only texted us 1 small question the day-of, knowing that we were stressed and busy. They were AMAZING throughout the whole night, making sure we were on schedule and that we had everything we needed. We could go on and on about how amazing the team was and how happy we are that we worked with them. Best decision, book them before their calendars fill!

We LOVED working with Brittany. We had monthly meetings with her for over a year, from the venue search phase to the handoff to our month-of coordinator, and she was so helpful. She helped us with the searches for everything—venue, DJ, photography, day-of coordination, flowers, catering—and provided us timelines and organization tools that were genuinely invaluable. We had very little idea going in exactly what was needed to plan a wedding, but Brittany’s collaboration made us feel very on top of things. She also worked with us to troubleshoot things when issues arose (like our flower provider not following some of our communication requests). And an added bonus is that she’s fun to hang out with lol—we really enjoyed our monthly meetings!! Would absolutely recommend the Venlist (and Brittany specifically)!
