Appetizers included fresh oysters, shrimp cocktail and ceviche- all beautifully prepared and displayed. Dinner was perfectly cooked steak, butter garlic mashed potatoes, tender asparagus and scallops, paired with a curated selection of local OR wines. Every dish was crafted with care and brought a sense of luxury and warmth to the evening. The chef and sous chef not only prepared everything to perfection but were also professional, friendly and seamlessly integrated into the flow of the night. The tablescape that Kimberley created was another unforgettable highlight- elegant, timeless and even more beautiful than what we imagined. It brought everything together in the most stunning way. Communication throughout the planning process was consistent and reassuring, especially because we live in Colorado and the wedding weekend took place in Oregon. Kimberley regularly checked in to make sure every detail aligned with our vision and because of her thoroughness and care, we felt completely at ease leading into the big weekend. On the day of, her team executed everything with precision and heart. They were warm, attentive, and brought such a calm, grounding energy to the space. Everything was timed perfectly and we were free to enjoy the experience of getting married without any stress. We truly can't thank Kimberley, Chef Michael, and the team enough! We have two young children that were a huge part of our ceremony. Andy was kind, patient, and understanding. I never felt rushed or pressured with a timeline. Children are unpredictable and we planned for just that. Andy had perfect suggestions to make things easier for our family to enjoy the day. Above and beyond! 3. Our ceremony was not traditional in any way. The requirements were different and followed a pagan style ritual that could have thrown any seasoned event specialist off their game. This was not the case whatsoever for Andy. She was able to flawlessly move throughout the event, effortlessly working with our vendors and handling issues that arose with grace and professionalism. 4. Our ceremony took place near Mt Si, which was a trek not just for Andy, but most guests! Andy had amazing advice. She was on time, prompt, and had great communication with the vendors during planning and execution. She heard what we wanted and simply, made it happen.
