Zola store credit is credit that can be applied toward the purchase of items from the Zola store at checkout (see below). Zola credits never expire and can be used for any physical product, third-party gift card or experience that Zola sells. Zola credits cannot be redeemed or used for cash, honeymoon funds or other cash gifts, digital Zola gift cards, Vendor Credits or Vendor Plans, nor can it be applied towards items purchased from another website.
There are two types of Zola store credit:
(1) Zola store credit that you receive as a result of converting a gift to store credit, redeeming a digital Zola gift card, or returning a gift within that gift's return policy . A few things to keep in mind:
- This credit is Zola Stored Value, never expires, and can be used towards any physical product or experience in Zola’s store.
- This credit cannot be redeemed for cash or applied toward items purchased from another store.
- This credit cannot be used to purchase a cash fund gift on Zola.com.
- This credit cannot be used to purchase a digital Zola gift card.
- This credit cannot be retroactively applied to past orders.
(2) Zola store credit that you receive as a result of a marketing promotion, coupon, or 5% cash fund conversion bonus (more on that below). A few things to keep in mind:
- This credit has varying expiration dates. You can check the balance of your credits and associated expiration dates anytime in your account settings.
- This credit cannot be redeemed for cash or applied toward items purchased from another store.
- This credit cannot be used to purchase a cash fund gift on Zola.com.
- This credit cannot be used to purchase a digital Zola gift card.
- This credit cannot be retroactively applied to past orders.
You can check the balance of your credits and associated expiration dates anytime in your account settings.
Note: you can convert cash fund gifts that you receive into Zola store credit and receive a 5% bonus. For example, if you convert a $100 cash fund contribution into Zola store credit, you’ll receive $105 in Zola store credit that you can spend on any of the 50,000 gifts in our store. The amount the gift giver gave will never expire (the $100 in the example above), but the conversion bonus (the $5 previously mentioned) will expire 180 days after the date you converted the cash gift to Zola store credit.
