“We hired Jacinda for month/day of coordination and it was honestly the BEST decision we made while wedding planning! We got to work with Jacinda and LeAnna and they were absolutely amazing! They were so organized and easy to work with, we had full faith in them to help us execute the perfect day. Added plus, they are so fun to hang out with! LeAnna was on top of everything the day of, if something went wrong we have no idea. I was a DIY bride and LeAnna made my vision come to life! We also decided to sneak into the bridal suite for a private dinner (absolutely recommend doing that!) and LeAnna made sure the room was set so nicely for us, with little tea lights and everything. “Let me start by saying.. if you’re looking for a day of coordinator, look no further. Mariella and her team were amazing. She started working with us about 6-8 weeks out from our wedding. She walked me through everything she would take care of, eased my mind SO much, and answered all my questions. Every moment of panic I had planning she was a text away and settled me instantly!! Our venue and personnel there were very difficult to work with at times. The day of we ran into a few hiccups that Mariella fixed without us even knowing (our family/friends told us afterward). Our venue convinced us they didn’t have room for a second bar (that we paid for). When I told Mariella I was going to have a Bridezilla melt down when there was a massive line at the bar and a not so full dance floor, she went immediately into action and made that second bar happen. She was ready with anything. We needed hair ties to tie up our dresses during the reception while dancing. My wife told me when she ran out she took the hair tie out of her own hair to make sure she had one.. that’s the type of coordinator you want ladies!!! Also not to mention as a LGBT couple she never blinked and eye and was so welcoming and comforting navigating the process. BOOK HER for your big day, you will not regret it!!!!!”

“Morgan is simply fantastic! We are so fortunate to have found her and are thankful for the little God wink that led us to her. She is so personable and easy to work with, she listens to what the bride wants (and welcomed my perspective, too :) ) but yet guides based on her experiences, is firm but kind, and she respected and supported our desire to keep the day focused on the marriage itself and not getting overly wrapped up in everything else surrounding that day. She was detailed in her pre-wedding planning. As tends to happen in every wedding I’ve been around - things don’t go perfectly per the ‘script’ - and my daughter’s wedding was no different. But Morgan kept an absolutely calming demeanor about her the entire day and night, even while keeping one eye on the weather all around our outdoor wedding, which helped me keep my nerves in check, too. She problem solved on the spot while still remaining totally composed. Several people commented to me on how smoothly everything at the wedding seemed to run, which is a testimony to Morgan. I believe our wedding was the largest and most ‘spread out’ between ceremony/cocktail hour/reception she had ever done, and she made sure to have a great helper with her that day to help cover it all. We got together after the wedding and reflected on how things went. She was very open to my feedback because she wants to continue to grow in her craft, but what impressed me the most was how much self-reflection she had already done as a way for continuous improvement. My daughter very much enjoyed working with Morgan, too, and 10 out of 10 we would both choose to work with her again!”
