Bradie is an absolutely incredible wedding coordinator! I had not even hired her yet and she was helping me find vendors (who we also hired). Even our photographer, who had never worked with Bradie before, said she was the best he had ever had the pleasure of working with. Bradie works with you early to make sure you are on track and helps with any questions that come up. As the wedding got closer, Bradie took on communicating and organizing with my other vendors. Any bump in the plan that came up, she was on it to make sure it was resolved. If any detail was stressing me out, Bradie, took it on no problem. She was usually already working on it by the time I asked. The day of coordination was flawless. I didn't really have to think of a thing, I just got to have fun and enjoy the big day. It's 8 million percent worth it to have Bradie as your coordinator.

Calmerin was the best investment we made for our wedding, hands down!!! Glennie and Ashton were incredible from the start to finish. We knew from the very first phone call that they were going to 100% on top of it, and we were right! The organization and detail of this team is top-notch. We hired them for Jade Package, which is similar to day-of-coordination (which is really more month-of), and was super important given our majority DIY wedding with 170 guests. Plus, Glennie and Ashton were such lovely, kind, and genuine people!! While the bulk of the details and communication was in the month leading up to our wedding, we had access to all of the planning docs as soon as we sent our deposit. The planning docs are AMAZING and so detailed, making us feel like we could transfer all of our knowledge/plans/thoughts to them. This was really important for us since we were doing the majority of the planning, and they executed phenomenally. We were also able to ask them for questions, such as a DJ recommendation. Glennie and Ashton were fantastic during the thorough venue walk-through, video calls, rehearsal with our wedding party, and on the day-of. We were able to drop off all of our wedding stuff (2 SUVs full) the morning of with set-up directions, and we showed up and it looked better than we had imagined/planned for! The tight set-up window from our venue was stressful, but Glennie and Ashton made sure everything was ready to go. They were so great at communicating with our vendors (we got many compliments!) They only texted us 1 small question the day-of, knowing that we were stressed and busy. They were AMAZING throughout the whole night, making sure we were on schedule and that we had everything we needed. We could go on and on about how amazing the team was and how happy we are that we worked with them. Best decision, book them before their calendars fill!

I cannot say enough incredible things about Erin. Above and beyond does not begin to cover it! Look no further for any of your wedding planning needs. We hired Erin for our month of coordinator almost 2 years in advance. From the beginning, she was very responsive, informative, kind, and helpful. I am pretty organized, and she consistently thought of questions I didn't! I was very impressed with her demeanor with myself and the rest of our vendors. Our venue required a pre-approved coordinator, and Erin took the steps to contact them to make sure she would work out, and we are so glad she did! She did everything she said she would and then some. She reached out to all of our vendors, worked with us on our timeline (many times!), attended our rehearsal, and never got frustrated even when we had a lot going on. Erin felt more like a friend than a coordinator, and we are so happy we got to spend our special day with her. Our day went so smoothly from start to finish, and we know this is due to Erin's impeccable attention to detail. While she wasn't technically our wedding planner (we chose to not hire one)- she absolutely filled that role and so much more, helping us create a personalized and unforgettable wedding night. From our very first call, Kimberley was warm, excited and genuinely interested in hearing our vision. Her experience in the event space was clear from the start. She helped us plan every detail- from celebratory champagne while getting ready, to beautiful florals (including my dream bouquet, which she made), coordinating all rentals through her vendors, and even picking up our wedding cake. After our Oregon coast ceremony, we had appetizers and a private chef dinner at our airbnb for our 14 guests- and the food experience was truly unforgettable. Kimberley's chef and sous chef, were incredible! The chef built a thoughtful, elegant menu that felt perfectly tailored to the setting and the occasion. Appetizers included fresh oysters, shrimp cocktail and ceviche- all beautifully prepared and displayed. Dinner was perfectly cooked steak, butter garlic mashed potatoes, tender asparagus and scallops, paired with a curated selection of local OR wines. Every dish was crafted with care and brought a sense of luxury and warmth to the evening. The chef and sous chef not only prepared everything to perfection but were also professional, friendly and seamlessly integrated into the flow of the night. The tablescape that Kimberley created was another unforgettable highlight- elegant, timeless and even more beautiful than what we imagined. It brought everything together in the most stunning way. Communication throughout the planning process was consistent and reassuring, especially because we live in Colorado and the wedding weekend took place in Oregon. Kimberley regularly checked in to make sure every detail aligned with our vision and because of her thoroughness and care, we felt completely at ease leading into the big weekend. On the day of, her team executed everything with precision and heart. They were warm, attentive, and brought such a calm, grounding energy to the space. Everything was timed perfectly and we were free to enjoy the experience of getting married without any stress. We truly can't thank Kimberley, Chef Michael, and the team enough! My husband and I, as well as our family and friends would absolutely recommend this team for any event. They created a wedding night that was intimate, elegant and deeply personal - a celebration we'll never forget!

JayLynn was the absolute BEST day of coordinator we could have asked for on our big day! She was so so helpful! She came to our hotel room to pick up the decor and when she arrived the first thing she said was “do you need anything?! What can I do for you?”. She created the perfect timeline for the day and sent it out to all of our vendors so the day went smoothly. She took the extra flowers we had and I told her “do with these what you will” and she used them perfectly! We had a memorial chair for my husbands parents who had passed and she put the flowers there as well as on our cake! I was so impressed with how she used the flowers. The venue was set up exactly how I wanted and it was even more stunning than I expected. JayLynn was on time to pick up the decor and I never once had to stress about her or the set up. I truly did not have to stress at all on our big day and it meant the world to me. All night JayLynn was helping me with either carrying my train, helping me in the bathroom when needed, and even coming up and asking if there was anything I needed. She helped my maid of honor bustle my dress and change my shoes for the reception. At the end of the night JayLynn brought all of our decor back to the hotel for us!! She ended up staying in the same hotel and I’m so so glad she did because I’m sure she had a super busy day and we didn’t want her to drive home from Frisco at midnight. JayLynn was such a sweetheart and made everything run so smoothly. There was not a second in our day that wasn’t smooth and that is because of HER!! We had the absolute best day of our lives and we know that it wouldn’t have been possible without all of her help. JayLynn, thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all of your hard work and your commitment to making our day perfect! We appreciate you and the work you do SO MUCH!! I know that I probably missed so many of the things she did for us because she did it all but we are forever grateful for her and her help!

Carolyn was a god send for us in so many ways. We recently had a very DIY wedding with 120 guests, so as you can imagine there was a TON of work involved. Carolyn was with us every step of the way, from booking vendors, negotiating contracts, to-do lists, timeline and floorplans, you name it. But where she really shined is once we were there with her on the property. We had a million little details to think about and Carolyn was on top of it all. Many times before I even had to ask. She gave us the capability to actually relax and enjoy ourselves in the days leading up to the wedding, which we expected we would have had to be working the whole time. We were blown away by her hustle and work ethic, and even more-so, how she maintained a super positive attitude throughout it all. She was a delight to work with and helped us throw the wedding of our dreams. The same goes for her assistant! Amazing! Jackie was a truly incredible wedding coordinator. We really couldn't believe the value of her services. She understood our vision and executed it perfectly. Throughout our planning process, we had the autonomy we wanted to make decisions, but she would also gently jump in when we were missing a logistical necessity, and then provide us with options for how to proceed. This was invaluable. It was also amazing that we could select "a la carte" additional services for certain needs (e.g. furniture rentals) without having to commit to full-scale planning services. Jackie even ended up coordinating last minute DJ and bartender services for us. We had some custom touches and ideas, and she and her team pulled it all off exactly like we envisioned. Her team was awesome, and she is awesome. Highly recommend!
