I was reluctant to hire a wedding planner just to save the cost, but I have to say Megan was so worth the extra money, not just to give my wife peace of mind the event would run smoothly and on time, she was punctual when needed. On wedding day she was running around everywhere making sure that the venue was kept in order and the things. She gave a timeline down to every five minutes and pretty much kept to it, but was extremely flexible to change. As the groom, I had little to worry about to begin with haha, but I definitely saw the work that Megan put in. Of course it had to rain on the wedding day, but she had a full Contingency plan in place weeks before making it only a mild inconvenience. Her communication skills were immaculate. We video chatted with her several times, leading up to the event, making sure everything was in order. “We loved having Sarah as our wedding planner! We used her as our day of coordinator for our wedding at Rosewood Farms in September. As someone who thought they were an organized person, Sarah exceeded our expectations of what organized looks like. We had our first meeting with her about 6 weeks prior to our wedding day. I went into the meeting feeling nervous and anxious about all the things we had left to do and all the details that still needed to be decided on. Sarah gave us great advice on linens (I’ve never thought about linens in as much detail until I met Sarah lol), timeline, table layout, and all of the logistics throughout the day. It rained minutes before my ceremony and Alliyah and Averi gracefully and calmly pivoted all of their hard work with decor and rearranged it quickly to make sure it still aligned with my vision. Everything had to be moved and re-setup within 20 minutes (after HOURS of setting up) and they did it with perfection. They did everything in their power to make sure that we did not have to worry about anything on our wedding day other than being present and they completely succeeded.
