We hired Jacinda for month/day of coordination and it was honestly the BEST decision we made while wedding planning! We got to work with Jacinda and LeAnna and they were absolutely amazing! They were so organized and easy to work with, we had full faith in them to help us execute the perfect day. Added plus, they are so fun to hang out with! LeAnna was on top of everything the day of, if something went wrong we have no idea. I was a DIY bride and LeAnna made my vision come to life! We also decided to sneak into the bridal suite for a private dinner (absolutely recommend doing that!) and LeAnna made sure the room was set so nicely for us, with little tea lights and everything. We hired Flourish for both our florals and our wedding coordination, and we definitely recommend their team!! First, I’m not a big flower person and I didn’t really know what I wanted, so Jennifer worked with me to find something in our budget that incorporated our theme/colors. The florals turned out so beautiful that the day after my wedding I impulsively splurged on getting my bouquet preserved in resin as a serving tray because I just couldn’t bear to throw it away! We went with the wedding management option because it made sense with our budget and I had already selected most of our vendors, but they still provided me with vendor recommendations for the last few ones I needed, which definitely reduced the amount of time I spent researching! All wedding coordination services are expensive, but Flourish is reasonably priced, and we got a discount for using a “preferred venue” (The Rafters at Historic St. Marks)- this was also great because they knew our venue super well so they had very helpful tips for our layout and timeline. I chose Flourish because they are a small and local team with a focus on sustainability, so it was a much more personal experience. They made the last few months of wedding planning so much less stressful, and we were very happy with how everything turned out on our wedding day!

I have received over 1,000 images/videos in content, and still have even more coming! What’s crazy is half the time, we didn’t notice Katelyn there, but she still somehow captured every moment! I love that she wasn’t in our faces or constantly bothering us for photos/videos. This way, we were able to enjoy every aspect of our day! Katelyn truly embodied what being “behind the scenes” means! She was also always there when someone did want to ask for a photo, and always obliged, even when my mom was constantly asking her LOL. We got our raw footage back within 48 hours, and most of it after less than 24 hours. We are so grateful for Katelyn capturing all of our special moments!

When you hire Brooklyn from Brooklyn Rain brides, you can rest assured that your day will be utter perfection. throughout the wedding planning process, Brooklyn was always there for me to reach out to and ask questions and give her professional suggestions. She is beyond wise for her years and knows everything a bride could ask in hand already. Even with me being in the industry Brooklyn would ask me questions leading up to the big day I didn't even know I had, she made sure I knew when and how to get my marriage license and took care of sending it back to the clerk for us. She handled getting the rings to the correct bridal party members and made sure to grab our vow books before the ceremony so we didn't have to remember them. My guests came to me after the ceremony and said it was the best ceremony they had ever seen and I couldnt agree more it had so much emotion, romance and pure magic sprinkled in and brooklyn was incredibly calm collected and well spoken capturing my husband and Is love story perfectly. I literally didn't have to handle a single thing on my wedding day because she was there to handle it all. She made all the difference plus she continued to come and check in in me to see how I was doing throughout the getting ready process and has the calmest nature helping me to feel ready before I walked down the aisle. not only did she handle coordination and officiating the wedding she sprinkled in some extra magic by taking some gorgeous photos throughout the day and sent them to me the morning after the wedding so I would have a little something until my professional photos arrived! I am so utterly grateful to Brooklyn for making the best day of my life utterly perfect. She may be based in Ohio, however, my wedding was in Michigan-she has traveled all over the United States to work weddings and is so worth it, so feel free to inquire about out of state travel. The week of the wedding I was in contact with Morgan who would be our official day of coordinator. Morgan ended up saving the day when our bartender cancelled on us last minute; she stepped in and bartended on top of coordinating. Morgan is simply fantastic! We are so fortunate to have found her and are thankful for the little God wink that led us to her. She is so personable and easy to work with, she listens to what the bride wants (and welcomed my perspective, too :) ) but yet guides based on her experiences, is firm but kind, and she respected and supported our desire to keep the day focused on the marriage itself and not getting overly wrapped up in everything else surrounding that day. She was detailed in her pre-wedding planning. As tends to happen in every wedding I’ve been around - things don’t go perfectly per the ‘script’ - and my daughter’s wedding was no different. But Morgan kept an absolutely calming demeanor about her the entire day and night, even while keeping one eye on the weather all around our outdoor wedding, which helped me keep my nerves in check, too. She problem solved on the spot while still remaining totally composed. Several people commented to me on how smoothly everything at the wedding seemed to run, which is a testimony to Morgan. I believe our wedding was the largest and most ‘spread out’ between ceremony/cocktail hour/reception she had ever done, and she made sure to have a great helper with her that day to help cover it all. We got together after the wedding and reflected on how things went. She was very open to my feedback because she wants to continue to grow in her craft, but what impressed me the most was how much self-reflection she had already done as a way for continuous improvement. My daughter very much enjoyed working with Morgan, too, and 10 out of 10 we would both choose to work with her again!

Sabrina and Chelsea were a pleasure to work with since our very first call! After our intro call where we described our dream wedding, they gave us a list of recommended venues that was an immense help in our venue search. This was before we signed with them which I thought was very kind for them to do! They were very positive, friendly and patient with our many questions. We ended up doing the wedding management and tabletop design package. We worked closely with Sabrina throughout the planning and she is amazing! Always calm and reassuring that we were on track with planning. The team is super organized and also gave us planning tools like a checklist and budget tracker. Communication was always easy and I asked for monthly calls which helped a lot. The design process was fun and Sabrina was able to create our design plan based on our Pinterest board, as well as recommend vendors that fit our aesthetic. She even helped make our table signage! The day of went perfectly as planned and was absolutely beautiful! We were able to just show up without a worry! Our bridal party was also able to just enjoy the day since Lucky Day was handling everything. Sabrina and her assistant checked in with us throughout the wedding day and helped with my dress, shoes, and even had to go on the beach with us for photos. They set up all our extra decor and neatly packed everything at the end of the night so we didn’t forget anything. We had last minute changes to our schedule the week of and Sabrina was able to manage all our requests. We had our dream wedding come true and would highly recommend Lucky Day!
