In looking back at these moments and the feedback from my past clients and colleagues, it makes me proud to think that "everyone needs a Bradie." Bradie is an absolutely incredible wedding coordinator! I had not even hired her yet and she was helping me find vendors (who we also hired). Even our photographer, who had never worked with Bradie before, said she was the best he had ever had the pleasure of working with. Bradie works with you early to make sure you are on track and helps with any questions that come up. As the wedding got closer, Bradie took on communicating and organizing with my other vendors. Any bump in the plan that came up, she was on it to make sure it was resolved. If any detail was stressing me out, Bradie, took it on no problem. She was usually already working on it by the time I asked. The day of coordination was flawless. I didn't really have to think of a thing, I just got to have fun and enjoy the big day. It's 8 million percent worth it to have Bradie as your coordinator.

If you want to make your wedding planning even a fraction easier, hire Calmerin. We got their Jade package and even though that’s their smallest package it was so so helpful. We talked with Glennie and Amanda to talk over big picture stuff, get recommendations for other vendors, etc. and then the first time I met them was for the venue walkthrough. They’re the professionals and so they brought so many excellent questions for us and for the venue. It really helped us know what we still needed to figure out and prepare for the big day. Then, for the rehearsal/walkthrough and the big day, they were there every step of the way to help get the whole timeline sorted out. Both Amanda and Glennie were so kind and professional; they helped the whole day run so smoothly. The last thing, but really SO important and crucial: they helped with the breakdown and packing everything up. While we were all dancing on the dance floor and having a blast, they were helping to gather up everything and get the venue set back as it needed to be by the end of the night. It was such a weight off our shoulders for them to just handle all of that. They were always on top of everything and it was all so wonderful. We LOVED working with Brittany. We had monthly meetings with her for over a year, from the venue search phase to the handoff to our month-of coordinator, and she was so helpful. She helped us with the searches for everything—venue, DJ, photography, day-of coordination, flowers, catering—and provided us timelines and organization tools that were genuinely invaluable. We had very little idea going in exactly what was needed to plan a wedding, but Brittany’s collaboration made us feel very on top of things. She also worked with us to troubleshoot things when issues arose (like our flower provider not following some of our communication requests). And an added bonus is that she’s fun to hang out with lol—we really enjoyed our monthly meetings!! Would absolutely recommend the Venlist (and Brittany specifically)!

Jackie was a truly incredible wedding coordinator. We really couldn't believe the value of her services. She understood our vision and executed it perfectly. Throughout our planning process, we had the autonomy we wanted to make decisions, but she would also gently jump in when we were missing a logistical necessity, and then provide us with options for how to proceed. This was invaluable. It was also amazing that we could select "a la carte" additional services for certain needs (e.g. furniture rentals) without having to commit to full-scale planning services. Jackie even ended up coordinating last minute DJ and bartender services for us. We had some custom touches and ideas, and she and her team pulled it all off exactly like we envisioned. Her team was awesome, and she is awesome. Highly recommend!

The most amazing wedding event I could have ever ask for: especially with Donna from DBC Eventz. The venue was absolutely stunning, offering a perfect blend of elegance and modernity. The catering service provided a delicious array of local and international cuisines that delighted every guest. The spacious dance floor and excellent DJ kept everyone entertained throughout the night. The staff's hospitality and attention to detail ensured everything went smoothly.
