She also has her own inventory that you can rent items from which are A LOT cheaper than buying them. Depending on your package, you can use some items for free. OH and did I mention that her prices are EXTREMELY REASONABLE for the value and service that you will receive. If you're looking for someone who is not only incredibly organized, a great communicator, talented but also genuinely kind, warm, and invested in making your day unforgettable, Brittney IS THAT GIRL!!! “We hired Flourish for both our florals and our wedding coordination, and we definitely recommend their team!! First, I’m not a big flower person and I didn’t really know what I wanted, so Jennifer worked with me to find something in our budget that incorporated our theme/colors. The florals turned out so beautiful that the day after my wedding I impulsively splurged on getting my bouquet preserved in resin as a serving tray because I just couldn’t bear to throw it away! We went with the wedding management option because it made sense with our budget and I had already selected most of our vendors, but they still provided me with vendor recommendations for the last few ones I needed, which definitely reduced the amount of time I spent researching! All wedding coordination services are expensive, but Flourish is reasonably priced, and we got a discount for using a “preferred venue” (The Rafters at Historic St. Marks)- this was also great because they knew our venue super well so they had very helpful tips for our layout and timeline. I chose Flourish because they are a small and local team with a focus on sustainability, so it was a much more personal experience. They made the last few months of wedding planning so much less stressful, and we were very happy with how everything turned out on our wedding day!”

“Katie was our coordinator for our wedding on 5/17/25. I can’t thank her enough for all the hard work she put in to make our day perfect. She pays attention to detail and really is passionate about what she does. Before the wedding, we scheduled a meeting with our DJ to go over song selection and Katie had already sent him all the songs we picked along with a timeline. His exact words “man yall have a great coordinator”. Something that’s super important to me is communication. Any questions that I had, she answered right away and checked on us every week before the wedding. The day of the wedding, Katie helped set up the rest of our decorations which I didn’t even expect her to do! She noticed our cake stand was wobbly and fixed it. She even stacked our cake and put cute decorations around it. We also did sparklers for the exit and she noticed the sparklers we got needed more than just a lighter. She brought a blow torch so they would light! I’m telling you- attention to detail is her strong suit! Thank you for being apart of our special day and all the hard work you did from set up to clean up! You are amazing!!”

“Danielle was amazing! I hired her for day of coordinator, but she jumped in and was available for anything questions, concerns from the day I booked her! She checked in with me often months before the wedding which I really appreciated. She respected and executed every idea I had and never tried to “take over” Even with small mistakes with other vendors she jumped in and saved the day! I 100% recommend working with Dani, her assistant was amazing too! They truly felt like family!”
