“Working with Pheasant was the best decision we could have made for our wedding!!! Yes, it sounds cliché, but it is true. The title of this post is not even a joke; friends and family will-not-stop-talking-about-how-good-the-food-was-at-the-wedding...I'm like...hello? What about me, the bride? Our hilarious and heartfelt vows? The live band? Or even our surprise choreographed dance? Nope!! The food was the **true highlight** of the day/night. Although I may sound mad about it, I am not because it was absolutely delicious, stunning, fresh, and extremely memorable. The appetizers at cocktail hour, the raw bar, and the family style dinner was 10/10, 5 stars, 100%. Most brides and grooms don't even eat at their wedding because they are mingling...but, we had seconds and thirds with extra romesco sauce!!!! Working with Pheasant was hands down the easiest part of the whole wedding. Lola and Cat were incredibly quick to respond to emails, they went along with our requests and offered incredible suggestions. On top of all of that, they handled the rentals, collaborated with our florist and made the table setting romantic, dreamy, and very us 3 They also emotionally supported my decision when I switched event coordinators somewhat late in the game and they helped me find a better match. Lola and Cat were present and professional throughout our time together and then disappeared like fairy godmothers on the special day. They were there, because I vividly remember demanding a hug, but once the event started, they were working their magic on the backend and making sure we had the wedding of our dreams. I do not have a single complaint and I aim to be as honest as possible when writing reviews because it is what helped me make my decision when I was hiring vendors. Do yourself a favor, and hire Pheasant to cater your wedding and you and your guests can thank me later.”

“We booked Lemons & Olives for our February 2025 wedding in Brooklyn, NY at Wild East Brewing. Both my partner and I are vegan, and it was important to both of us that we pick a caterer who could make a genuinely excellent, 100% vegan menu. These guys knocked it out of the park. With a few tweaks, Marko created a menu designed for two food stations featuring grilled pizzas and tacos, all of which were vegan and mouthwatering. At our tasting, we narrowed it down to three options for each, with nut-free and gluten-free options for guests with restrictions. A standout were the squash blossom tacos – we had multiple NYC-based guests ask if L&O has a brick-and-mortar location where they can get the tacos because they’re the best they’ve had on this coast! While our venue had space for catering, they have no in-house kitchen equipment. Marko suggested that the L&O truck pull right up to the loading dock and bring the hot food inside to our guests at serving stations in the venue. It was the perfect solution! Throughout the experience, Marko and Tanja were super easy to work with, genuine and down-to-earth about everything including pricing, and their staff ran things smoothly on the day. Finding a NYC caterer who is honest about their fees and offerings was one of the hardest steps of the planning process, but once we found Lemons & Olives, it became one of the best, most memorable parts of the wedding!”

She was super responsive and able to get us in for a tasting ASAP. “Chef Ellen and her team delivered delicious food for our wedding on May 1st. “I had the chance to work with Renee at one of my client's engagement party where she managed the bar and food service for a big swanky summer barbeque. The setup was smooth, her team was incredibly competent, and the bar was a major hit with the guests. While the food for this particular event was casual picnic fare, everything was served efficiently and on time.
