We had an absolutely amazing experience working with Jillicious! My husband and I are major foodies so we knew we didn’t want to have standard wedding food at our reception. We started searching for wedding caterers that would work with us to customize the perfect menu for our wedding day. Jillicious did not disappoint! We worked with Chef Jill to put together the most delicious menu of both apps and main courses. Everyone we spoke to after the wedding couldn’t stop raving about how good the food was. It honestly rivaled many of our favorite restaurants in NYC. In addition to the food, Chef Jill and her staff were amazing. They were so responsive throughout the whole wedding process and offered so many great recommendations. On the wedding day, the staff were very helpful with getting the rentals in order, setting up the tables, etc. We also had some guests thank us for how allergy conscious the wedding and staff were. We're so grateful to Jillicious for bringing our vision to life and couldn’t recommend them more! They truly contributed to an absolutely perfect wedding day!

    Everything about our wedding day was perfect - the venue, the weather, all of our friends flying in to help us celebrate… but the food? OH MY GOODNESS. It was easily the thing our guests complimented most. Mellanee was practically a celebrity by the end of the night!! Seriously, our guests raved about the catering. My brother asked to meet Mellanee just so he could thank her personally for the ox tail spring rolls, lol. The Fork Goes on the Left stood out for their menu creation, artfully designed to accentuate our Jamaican, Filipino and Italian heritage. Mellanee was able to accommodate all of our requests, while providing invaluable insight from her professional experience. She handled our wedding trial and day with the utmost of care. I’m forever grateful we decided to go with a caterer whose love shines through her food (as opposed to one of the larger companies we were considering). Her staff was professional and made sure dinner service was handled efficiently. Our wedding memories wouldn’t be quite the same without Mellanee and The Fork Goes on the Left.       Working with Purslane, and especially with Michaela and Justin, was a highlight of our wedding planning, and we feel incredibly lucky to have had such excellent partners in producing our event. The staff, especially Michaela and Justin, are responsive, friendly, accommodating, and professional; the space is gorgeous and beautifully maintained and operated; the food and drink were bountiful and delicious, and the service rivaled any of New York's fine restaurants. Best of all, the process of collaborating to make our wedding happen was easy and fun, and Michaela and Justin made us, the nervous engaged couple with a million things to manage, very confident that our day would not just go as planned, but would be a beautiful success. And indeed it was! Of all the people we worked with. Michaela and Justin deserve special mention. They are excellent communicators, responsive to the million questions and people that wedding planning entails. They are proactive collaborators, laying out a clear process and schedule not just for the day, but for the process of working to plan it. They provided useful, detailed documentation at every step of the way, including a very helpful list of recommended vendors. Every meeting with them was fun and friendly, but also productive, punctual and a good use of time. And of course, the food and wine tastings were delicious. Michaela and Justin were so helpful in giving us a sense of how the venue would perform in a situation we wouldn't get to experience until the day itself. They guided us expertly, making shrewd suggestions we might not have considered ("Since you have an open bar, we recommend choosing a heavier vegetarian entree.") My wife and I had a unique vision for our event, and these two not only assured us that it was possible, they worked with the park to accommodate myriad details, even down to the selection of lightbulbs. It's no exaggeration to say that without their help, the event would not have had the specific atmosphere we imagined, nor would it have been the roaring success that it was. All the confidence they inspired along the way paid off on the day, when Michaela, Justin, and their staff were a machine. The service was prompt, helpful, and invisible; the food was great, not losing too much in the translation from tasting to event; the wedding ran perfectly smoothly, with Purslane on top of the schedule, keeping the momentum of the night alive as they moved tables, served each course, operated the bars, and so on with perfect cadence. We are so, so grateful to Purslane for making our wedding a true dream come to life. Our only regret is not responding sooner to their lovely post-wedding thank you note, and for taking so long to write this review!         As a kid, Rebecca could be found in the kitchen cooking with either her Mom or Grandma. Traveling to Albany was always a treat, as her favorite dish to eat was Nan's French toast. While studying at NYU, Rebecca came up with the concept of STUF'D to fulfill the need for a savory French toast, as it was yet to be done. She decided to start the business as a food truck in 2016, as a way to keep her brand more mobile. Since then, we have evolved into a full-service catering company, offering a variety of sandwiches, sliders, and cocktail bites, and serving events that range from weddings and birthday parties to large-scale events!

        There are so many great things to say about Rebecca and the entire crew at Stuf’d. Stuf’d catered our wedding in Highland, NY, and they were absolutely amazing. First and foremost, the food was delicious—our guests couldn’t stop raving about it and loved the wide variety of sliders and appetizers. The entire team at our wedding was incredibly friendly, helpful, and even joined us on the dance floor — such a blast!           Thanks to Tracy & George and their staffing team, our wedding day was far beyond what we ever dreamt of!!!! I will rewind back to when I first emailed Tracy about our wedding catering inquiry. She was super responsive and able to get us in for a tasting ASAP. We instantly were drawn to Platinum Party Planners because they offered a variety of catering packages and we were able to pick one that suited our budget. A lot of other caterers were firm with their pricing which is stressful! During the food tasting, Tracy sat with us to discuss our wedding day vision and took thorough notes while George cooked & served us the food. Because I did not have a "day of" planner to setup all my DIYs/decor, she said not to worry and her team would handle it (ummm AMAZING!!!!!!). At the tasting, we were blown away not only by the taste of everything, but the gorgeous plating! Everything was absolutely beautiful and screamed high end, even with our limited budget. We had our wedding at RGNY Riverhead and initially they wanted us to choose a caterer from their exclusive list. Tracy went out of her way to meet with the managers/staff at RGNY and thanks to her high level of professionalism and expertise, they allowed us to proceed with using Platinum at our caterer!!! Prior to the wedding, Platinum assembled a whole timeline/order of events for our wedding day (with my approval of course!). Fast forward to our wedding day, Tracy NAILED our decor instructions, food was delicious, and the staff was awesome!! Platinum also made up menu cards for each seat, UNREAL!! Tracy only approached me ONE time the whole wedding day and it was only to say hi and congratulations!! This showed me she had everything under control and didn't need my input on anything. Once the reception ended, the team thoroughly cleaned up and took care of disposing all the garbage. All this to say, I truly could not thank Platinum Party Planners enough. Tracy & George went above and BEYOND to make me the happiest and most stress-free bride in the world. I will forever look back on that day as the happiest day of my life. We had homemade cookies we wanted to serve alongside Fig & Pig's delightful sticky toffee pudding and strawberry shortcake -- and they ensured it happened seamlessly. The bartenders and waitstaff brought fantastic, upbeat energy to the party. I can't overstate how thoughtful Holly and Tammy were every step of the way. Just one example: Fig & Pig had a small tray of appetizers set out for us in a private area following the ceremony, so my husband and I could savor a brief moment alone and enjoy all of the canapes before joining our guests at cocktail hour.           As soon as we visited On the Marc for our food tasting, we knew that the food would be fantastic—and more on that in a minute—but OTM really set itself apart with the service. They greeted our guests with flavored waters when they arrived (hugely helpful for a mid-summer wedding), had servers ready with drinks and food as soon as cocktail hour started, prepared an appetizer platter for a quick private moment as newlyweds, and much much more. A few things stick out over all though: first, the servers were so attentive that they realized a friend of mine was absolutely smashing one of the appetizers and kept bringing those to her (even learning to take the mint leaf off as she did). Second, they rolled with the punches as we realized we may have screwed up some food placards, accommodating our request to check with each guest to make sure we had it right. Third, they had servers march out all at the same time to bring courses during dinner services, a super-professional touch which gave the service a white-glove-service feel. The food was delicious, and everyone kept commenting on it (even on the dance floor where they brought desserts!!). Overall, the food was amazing, the only thing better than the food was the service, and we highly recommend OTM to anyone considering them!

Both as a photographer and florist myself, I am extremely visual and specific about how things are presented and AD blows it out of the water. While looks are important, for the actual product (food and delivery) to be such high quality is very rare and they always deliver. Alex has amazing taste and styling skills when it comes to design details. She is extremely professional to work with and her team is super friendly and reliable.
